Luterbächlihof Abbey Stout / Cernunnous Stout
courtesy of Philipp and Thomas - cloudy very brown beer with almost no head retention; restrained aroma of hay and black cherries; medium-bodied, clean palate and a light sweetness; very low bitterness and a quite long malty finish with hints of licorice - shy and hard to define, but definitely closer to a Porter than to a Stout

Dark amber color, hazy. The aroma is clearly herbal, minty, with some caramel; it’s delicate and it reminds me some herbal Mead; not my favorite for a beer, but quite nice indeed. Lean body, with some caramel flavor and an evident herbal/minty/heather side, probably better than most of the beers with this character. The final shows some very light liquorice.

Hazy golden color; generous head. Delicate aroma, fresh, hoppy. Malt flavor, pleasant, with a cereals edge, smooth; correct bitterness. Simple but very pleasant.

Luterbächlihof Drachenbier
bought@brewery; brewed using glechoma (but also some hops) - pours a hazy beer having a colour of tea; no head retention; shows a pretty herbal nose with notes of prune in the background; light smokey notes; a moderate malt backbone and quite low carbonation; a light bitterness and a long herbal almost spicy aftertaste - very interesting

Luterbächlihof Luterbächli Pale Ale
bought@brewery - fully cloudy reddish-orange colour with a little pale beige foam left; a gentle hoppiness showing notes of cream, flowers and apricots; medium to full malt body, moderate carbonation and with a juicy palate; a shy bitterness and more light fruity notes in the finish - correctly made but too shy and simple to be really good
