Aroma is moderate malty, hay, grain, toasted, dry straw, light to moderate hoppy, rushes (siv). Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, malty, thin, vomit notes. fiulijn	3.4 Umstädter Pils Draught at the bräuhaus Spalte hop Hazy deep blond color; creamy head. It has a respectable aroma of noble hops, lasting. Some malt flavor, lightly crispy; there is a light sweetish note; it has a correct bitterness, a bit biscuity, but the hop qualities are not very prominent. Pleasant, but not daring.
