Pours a deep light orange brown color with a very full and thick white head. Aroma is as a Hefe should be lots of natural bananas and yeast coming through. One of the best smelling Hefes out there. Taste invites you to more bananas, hefe, earth and spices. Palate is so smooth that you think you just had a creamy milkshake. One of the best Hefes I have had. Superior!!! Saturday, April 16, 2011

Aroma is hops, malt and some refined fruit. Taste is earthy malts smooth sweet hops. Palate is very well done ending with no bitterness or sweetness.
