La Roche de Caux Blonde
Had on tap at Montmartre’s Fête des Vendanges festival, where small food producers from around France come into Paris to showcase their wares. Pours cool with very little head, foggy yellow-cedar colour. Aroma of cereals and some alcohol. Taste is a nice mix of grains and cereals, some maltiness. Very nice, very easy drinking.
