Medium sweet mouthfeel , slightly warming. A rather boring one, but there’s nothing wrong going one. Rating: 5-3-5-3-11-2.7. 110129 Handbottle, courtesy of Papsoe. A clear, pale golden mead, still and headless. Slightly spiced on the nose, good honey in the background. Caramel hints. Some bitterness in the mouth, mostly sweet. Honey and some herbal touches too. fiulijn	3.3 Kunzmann Met Honigwein Bottle from a colleague Yellow color. The aroma is mild, with some honey, but also a bit fruity. The flavor is moderately sweet (in the Mead panorama, of course), with a very nice fruity note, like Muscadel grape. It has light bitterness, some alcohol, while it lacks in acidity.
