7/4/2024. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers! Pours almost clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is stewy, malt, grainy, straw, citrus, light biscuit. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Light body, watery, average carbonation. Fair.

Bottle at home, picked up from one of the lounges at Barcelona airport, 24/03/24. Clear golden with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is grains, pale malts, cereals, smells macro lager like and not much in the way of summer! Taste comprises faint citric bite, pale malts, toasted grains, light bread, herb, hedgerow. Medium to lighter bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not great ... AF / low A beers have moved on from this!

Una cervesa ben feta però amb les mancances de l´estil . Preferiria una ampolla de mig litre. És un producte adequat per una situació concreta , no cal buscar hi coses que no té

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear, pale golden with a lacing, white head. Distinct thyme aroma. Medium body, some slightly sweet malt as a base, a soft mouthfeel and then the very distinct thyme comes rushing in - also flavor wise. Very subtle bitterness. Without being exactly nasty, thyme is not exactly something I need in my beer. 111119

Bottle 33 cl. Comes a slow gusher. Pours a cloudy amber with a lively, dense and creamy lacing off-white head. Sweet caramel aroma with a distant unpleasantly chemical note. Rich, malty body, heavy toffee and caramel, but now the chemical tang - probably a fermentation by-product - has become even more horrible, bordering undrinkable. Massive, brutal and unrefined bitterness. Come again. 071119

Bottle 33 cl. Comes a slow gusher. Pours a hazy yellow with a gigantic white head, that only dissipates slowly. Yeasty, lemony aroma. Medium body, a dry maltiness but also loaded with phenols making this a close to undrinkable chemical mess. 101019

6.4% Bottle from Foix de Sarria Patisserie, Barcelona, Spain. Cloudy dark brown with a quickly disappearing thin white head. It has a red fruit and a slight salty flavour with chocolate, minerals, fruit and slight roasted notes on the finish. Ok.

Bottle. Cloudy raisin colored body, small white head. The aroma has strong fruit, like Finnish mead. The taste is a bit funky. This if more mead than beer. Quite flat too.

Bottle 33cl @Barcelona, a cloudy copper beer, nose is on amber ale with sourish touch. Aroma is on malt, caramel, sourish touch a well as mint notes, I suspect a slightly lactic infections that goes well but the whole beer has nothing to deal with a pale ale. Finish is on sweet wild notes, amber malt notes, caramalt. Not outstanding.

Beer correct but that does not contribute anything. The beer is not bad, it is made following standards but it does not give anything that does not contribute other stubs. I would like to know what water they use.

I’m wondering what went on with this beer, and the few I’ve had from this company. I’m seeing fizzy, and higher carbonation. But I’m getting flatter beer. Inconsistencies from the brewery or the storage of the beer by the Mas at La Boqueria Market? I’ll never know as this was a one-shot for me. Maybe you locals can answer. Lot l22 17 - Nov 18 best before I suppose. I get a flatter amber brown sweet malt nose. No noticable hops. Really, very, very much like there Brown Ale. Sweet a little molasses baked beans flavoured. A miss label? fellows below talk

Just like my fellow traveller below I too go my bottle from La Boqueria Market in Barcelon, specifically the Mas stall. Pours a cloudy light amber low head. This comes with a little funk and fruit. Taste is sweet, mild malt, with a little off flavour. Not sure where they are going. But not bad.

Pours a cloud brown, with a thumb of soapy looking head. Caramel malty nose, taste a little burnt, a little molasses baked beans, with some lingering sweetness. Not awesome, but hella better that the macro Mediterranean crap I’vehad for the last week (first world problem)

330ml bottle, batch L224, 6,4% version, thanks suurjuust. Pours murky hazy reddish-brown, some sediment, small white head. Lots if sweet barley, caramel, some toffee in aroma, dirty. Session barleywine aroma. Taste is tart, sweet barley, off. Fizzy carbo, medium bodied. What was this? Weird one. Not sure if brewmaster wanted to brew like this or is it off.

Gusher, well caught juks, before it went too wrong! Watery aroma, minerally. Murky amber, small head. Sweet worty taste. Sweet sugariness in the palate, fullishly so, foolishly so?, crisp carbonation. Starchy finish, drying acrid acrid finish. Flawed mess. My first beer(tm).

330ml bottle (thanks suurjuust, as 6.4%). Hazy brown color with divers in it. Bottle semi-exploded. Small size, white head, stays. Limestone, cheese, sour and bit yeasty in aroma. Sour, plastic, jammy, sweet, yeasty in taste. This beer is clearly infected. Uups not drinking it as brewer intended, but BB is 02/18 so whom to blame? Yes you are right the brewer. New wave sour? Nope, don’t want it. Poor brew.

From a stall at La Boqueria Market. Pours murky brown, topped with minimal tan head. Mild caramel with biscuits and rum on the nose. Quite sweet start, malty biscuity. Finishes slightly peppery, mild bitterness. Aftertaste more cookie-like. Light bodied. Drinkable, but that’s it.
