Tap It 3 On The Tree 4.3
I enjoyed this. Quite strong, but in the way that forces you to sip it, rather than tasting like alcohol. Just enough bitterness to hide the sweetness. Good.

Tap It IPA 3.7
It’s a pretty solid IPA. Nice alcohol and well balanced. A sweet body, hoppy finish. Pretty sessionable.

Tap It Big Ol Amarillo 3.6
Draft at Taste San Luis Obispo. Nice orange pour with smallish head that still left nice lacing. Lots of hops on the aroma and flavor. Not overly bitter but still hoppy and delicious.

Tap It Big Ol Amarillo 3.3
On tap @ Taps Barrel House. Clear golden orange beer with white foam. Sticky caramel and orange slice candies. At least some floral and woody hops with a light pine bitterness. Kind of the bitter caramel water style of IPA. A touch of smarties. Slight peach and apricot. It’s okay.

Tap It Full Blown Stout 3.7
Bomber from hayduke that we had together via facebook chat. Almost black with just a little amber. A tan head leaves sticky lacing. A little ash and smoke in the aroma with cocoa. First sip is chocolate fudge with roast behind it. A little tobacco and some surprising complexity. Nuts, melons, herbal, fruit, and earth plus some that i can’t quite identify. This is short of being a great beer, but I found it fun to find the subtle flavors and nuances.

Tap It Full Blown Stout 3.7
Shared with Strykzone on Facebook Chat. Pours dark brown being almost black with a tan head with big bubbles. Nose of roasted malts, chocolate and some smoky ash. Medium, body and a sticky mouthfeel. The flavor is dark roasted malts with a lot of chocolate. a little dark fruit rind, tobacco, nuts, vanilla and some smoke. Finally as Dave point out there is even a hint of citrus. The finish is earthy and dry and a hint of coffee appears. A quite complex beer and full of all kinds of flavors. However all this complexity has a little difficulty hanging together. Not a bad beer by any means but somehow just not quite making the big time.

Tap It Continuum 3.8
On tap at Pete’s. It pours a mostly clear, but lightly hazed unfiltered yellow color with a fluffy white head. The aroma is really nice and soft with some fresh baked white bread, lemongrass and hints of spicy noble hops. The flavor is soft and creamy with great light bready malts, lemongrass and some spicy noble hops. Moderate spicy/floral bitterness in the finish. Very clean and drinkable. An awesome unfiltered lager that would fit well in the Keller/Zwickel category. Maybe just a touch too bitter for my taste, but otherwise stellar.

Tap It IPA 3.9
Bomber from hayduke that we had together via facebook chat. Golden hued beer that has a white soap suds head. Light lacing. Aroma is classic west coast IPA with rich sweet caramel and fruit. Taste is, too, but with pale malts. I taste pineapples and grapefruit. A little spice and plenty of tropical fruit. Not very much citrus. Floral notes and melons late. It is just a bit earthy. Good stuff.

Tap It IPA 3.9
Shared with Strykzone on Facebook chat. Pours copper with a white head. Really nice lacing. Nose is citrus and floral hops. . Medium in body and a resinous mouth feel . Flavor is citrus and floral over over a nice malt rich caramel malt backbone. The finish is dry and bitter. Tropical fruit appears as this warms. And as Dave points out so do melons. This is a classic west coast IPA. Tasty, Hoppy. Bitter. Good.

Tap It No Soul 3
On tap @ Taps Barrel House. Deep and muddy red colored beer with some off-white foam. Quite sour and sharp in terms of the acidity that it shows. There is some citrus fruits, cherry, and orange rind. I get a little bit of an odd chocolate and roast thing, too. Not much in the way of sustained sweetness, but does have some sweet tarts candy character to it. Just not great to my tastes.

Tap It No Soul 2.7
Meh. Fruity with berries and light fruit, perhaps a little wood, but also the same nutty malt profile that’s in their amber ale. Doesn’t work for me as a sour at all.

Tap It IPA 4.3
Intense hoppy aromas of citrus, pine, grass and lemon peel. Some licorice in the back as well. Medium bodied with a light carbonation ,smooth mouthfeel. On the palate it tastes similar to what it smells. Fresh and fruity with a nice bitter kick! Bitter finish that stays around pretty long.

Tap It Full Blown Stout 3.6
On draught at Pita Kabob in Visalia. Roast dominates both the aroma and flavor of this beer. Pours near black with brown head. The acidity from the roast is pronounced, and there is also a very dry finish.

Tap It 3 On The Tree 3.2
On tap at Artistic Table. It pours a clear golden orange color with an off white head. The aroma has some caramel, toffee, peach and grapefruit. The flavor malty with some cookies, caramel, toffee, light pine, peach and grapefruit. This one is unfortunately dominated by thick, sweet maltiness. Almost syrupy, but the darker caramels are absent thankfully. Kind of honey-like. The finish is medium bitter with some florals and pine. Ok, but not really my kind of beer.

Tap It Snafu 4.2
Tasted on tap at the ACE Hotel in Palm Springs. It poured a hazy orange hue with a thin white head. Big fruity hop nose (I dig big nose) and a wonderful bittersweet taste. Tap It Brewing welcomed me to Cali in style!

Tap It American Pale Ale (APA) 3
Botlle 0,35 Pours clear amber with huge fluffy white head that stays there forever! Mostly hoppy and fruity but malty in the background, with the aroma of sugar being caramelised on lemon and fresh orange juice. Also some pine and grass. Medium bodied and not that good balanced. Bitterness is a bit rough. I don’t mind heavy bitterness but this one is just not that nicely bitter. I have to say the bottle was a bit old so maybe that was the issue.

Tap It IPA 3.7
With Z, maybe the first beer of 2016 , surprisingly so, pours a deep rusty copper pour with a beige head. Nose is straight up bitter sweet citrus with pine and resin. Taste is bittersweet with deep pleasant citrus , followed by stong pine and resin. Finishes on the same tasting notes with a bitter dry moderately long ending. Nicely done ! Quaff Score 7 / 10

Diabobale
Tap It IPA 3.3

Tap It Ale Camino 3.1
355ml bottle pours a pale amber color with a finger and a half of white head that leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is caramel and light fruits with some herbal notes. Taste is a light fruity and caramel malty sweetness with a herbal hop bitterness and a dry finish. Light bodied with adequate carbonation. Overall, a fruit and malt forward amber ale that is decent, but nothing really stands out.
