Tap It Ale Camino
Rating #2195 - 2015.11.29 - 6pack from CBI - this was a backup for the CBAC in 2016. Clear amber/toffee coloured pour with a bubbly white head. Aroma has a hint of malty sweetness, and a strong citrus/floral hoppy aroma. Medium carbonation. Bubbly, dry mouthfeel, medium-bodied. Light bitterness in the finish, quite smooth. Hoppy punch and a marbley-malty sweet note. Delicious.

Quite fizzy as stouts go. Drinkable, but the flavour is a bit underwhelming. It smells quite nice but when you start to drink it doesnít quite deliver. Still not bad though.

Tap at the bottle shop bermondsey. An almost clear golden straw coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is nice fresh vibrant cereal grains, honey, faint earthy grassy hop. Flavour is composed of simple, clean cereal malts, honey monster cereal, grassy noble hop character cereal. Nicely balanced, Palate is light refreshing with a touch of sweetness and a decent crisp finish. A well made beer.

12oz bottle into a Corsendonk tulip on 4th June 2016. Very pale lemon coloured clear body, white wispy head. Tasted and had the aroma of a lemonade shandy. I had a bottle of this three weeks ago and thought it must have been off: sadly it does taste like watered down Bud, because this was identical.

Tap It Continuum
30th April 2016, on tap in Smoqued, Old Town Orange. Ideal with barbecue food. Slight mist in the golden pour, soft white crown of foam on top. Malt lead in the weak nose, some bittering hop action in the flavour department. A decent, if uninspiring Pilsner with subtle rather than strong flavours or aromas.

Bottle. Deep golden, some fine sediment at the end of the pour adds a moderate haze. Sweet caramel malts, peach and mango notes, pithy bitterness. Quite sweet with lots of caramel, almost more like a hoppy amber in this respect.

Tap It Full Blown Stout
Bomber from hayduke that we had together via facebook chat. Almost black with just a little amber. A tan head leaves sticky lacing. A little ash and smoke in the aroma with cocoa. First sip is chocolate fudge with roast behind it. A little tobacco and some surprising complexity. Nuts, melons, herbal, fruit, and earth plus some that i canít quite identify. This is short of being a great beer, but I found it fun to find the subtle flavors and nuances.

Tap It Full Blown Stout
Shared with Strykzone on Facebook Chat. Pours dark brown being almost black with a tan head with big bubbles. Nose of roasted malts, chocolate and some smoky ash. Medium, body and a sticky mouthfeel. The flavor is dark roasted malts with a lot of chocolate. a little dark fruit rind, tobacco, nuts, vanilla and some smoke. Finally as Dave point out there is even a hint of citrus. The finish is earthy and dry and a hint of coffee appears. A quite complex beer and full of all kinds of flavors. However all this complexity has a little difficulty hanging together. Not a bad beer by any means but somehow just not quite making the big time.

Tap It Continuum
On tap at Peteís. It pours a mostly clear, but lightly hazed unfiltered yellow color with a fluffy white head. The aroma is really nice and soft with some fresh baked white bread, lemongrass and hints of spicy noble hops. The flavor is soft and creamy with great light bready malts, lemongrass and some spicy noble hops. Moderate spicy/floral bitterness in the finish. Very clean and drinkable. An awesome unfiltered lager that would fit well in the Keller/Zwickel category. Maybe just a touch too bitter for my taste, but otherwise stellar.

Tap It IPA
Bomber from hayduke that we had together via facebook chat. Golden hued beer that has a white soap suds head. Light lacing. Aroma is classic west coast IPA with rich sweet caramel and fruit. Taste is, too, but with pale malts. I taste pineapples and grapefruit. A little spice and plenty of tropical fruit. Not very much citrus. Floral notes and melons late. It is just a bit earthy. Good stuff.
