FatPhil	3.3 Churerbier Bündner Bier Bock Bier 330ml bottle (HBF2015) Sweet malty bock aroma. Nice balance in the mouth, not too heavy, but pleasantly sweet. Absolutely classic bock. berkshirejohn	3.1 Churerbier Spezial 33cl bottle bought in the Manor department store in Chur. An explosive opening! Straw coloured with a billowing white head when brought under control, falling back to leave a thin white film; the aroma is pleasantly floral; the taste is clean and floral, but the body is rather thin and watery; the finish is dry, but leaves a sticky feeling on the lips. It’s good to find this amongst the rather mediocre beers generally available in Switzerland. Monday, October 1, 2012
