Serge_de_Abbaye	2.8 7B Siete Barrios Porter De color negro ligeramente translúcido, con destellos rojizos. Forma una corona de espuma beige, que casi inmediatamente desaparece y tiene muy baja retención. De burbuja pequeña y algunas medianas. En el aroma se aprecia cacao, nuez, café. En boca tiene una ligera acidez, de baja a mediana carbonatacion, de cuerpo ligero a medio, y ofrece unas notas a chocolate obscuro, café, algo a caramelo y sin retrogusto a excepción de un ligero amargor y acidez parecida a la del café. Aroma has some acidic notes as well as chocolate, coffe, roasted malt and maybe even vainilla. Taste is bitter with a spicy finish. It has a coffee aftertaste, but with acidic notes. Spicy, roasted aroma with hints of chocolate and a slight acidity. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Moderate sweetness and low bitterness. Musky, grainy aroma, with hints of clove, vanilla and doughy yeast. Medium bodied, with moderate to low carbonation. Fruity and earthy character. Sweet but not very bitter. It has a medium to faint aroma of wheat, cereal and alcohol. Taste is bitter, but not very strong. Maybe it becomes stronger at the end. Medium carbonatation and some astringency.
