Golda Cascadian Brown Ale
Huge thanks to Zeev for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass dark brown, huge head. Starts fine malty, roasty, light smokey, fine hoppy-bitter background. Finish with notes of dark chocolate. Well balanced, quite drinkable. Nice one!

Many thanks to Barak for this bottle. Smooth malty body. The beer is nice dry but floral caramel. Great depth of chocolate and malt. Very smooth, nice bittered. Hints of roast. Great!

Golda Cascadian Brown Ale
Bottle, small stable creamy bubbly head, very deep brown color, aroma of dark chocolate with piney notes and a hint of banana, flavor of dark bittersweet chocolate and coal with a touch of cinamon and a medium mellow herbal bitterness, carbonation a touch prickly. Balanced and highly satisfying.

Bottle from trade with tomer, many thanks my friend. Brown color with huge long lasting light beige head. Nice hoppy aroma with grapefruits, pines together with dark malt. Solid roasted malty base with chocolate, coffee,followed by nice citrus hoppy kick. Enjoyable, well balanced beer.

Bottle from trade with tomer, many thanks my friend. Amber color with huge off-white head. Aroma of citrus, floral hops. Nice resiny hoppy bitter taste together with grapefruit, pines with solid malty backbone. Medium long hoppy bitter finish. Enjoyable beer.

Bottle. Hazy amber with a big off-white head. Aroma of caramel with weak hints of earthy and herbal hops. Sweet malty flavors, light fruitiness, a bit of yeast, medium hoppy bitterness, the alcohol is quite noticeable. Medium-bodied, sticky on palate. Too malty and heavy.

Golda Royal Oak
Sampled at Casa Nova, Jaffa. Great beer, the oak-chips gives it an extra dimention. Amber coloured and almost clear. Has an off-white head, medium duration. Aroma has notes of wood, vanilla, faint smoke besides from the malty, sweet notes. Flavor starts heavy sweet, more wood and vanilla. Creamy texture and soft to flat carbonation.

Bottle. Slightly hazy deep amber-red color with a stable medium beige head. Aroma of malt, wood, smoke, caramel, some cherries notes and a bit of alcohol. Flavor starts sweetish with malt, caramel, a bit of smoke, a bit of fruitiness, some wood and roasty notes. Finishes drier, alcoholic and a bit spicy, with some hoppy bitterness and smokey notes. Medium-full-bodied. Well-done.

Bottle. Very dark brown, almost black-colored with a medium beige head. Aroma of floral and slightly citric hops and some roasted malt, a bit of chocolate and some nutty notes. Pretty dry, bitter flavor, has light sweetness of malt with notes of roastiness and nuts, but is dominated by big hoppiness with some floral, piney and citric notes and a bit of alcohol. Medium-bodied. Decent, but not really my thing.

Bottle, small stable head, quite clear rusty orange colour, aroma of citrus with floral and herbal notes and a touch of pine, dominant citrus and pine flavour with some malty sweetness in the back which is a touch to sweet making it feel just a little heavy. Very good IPA.
