3.7 La Bièregelette Blanche Bottle: Tumbler: Lively and quick disappearing thin white head. Hazy yellow body. Aroma of manure, yeast, cabbage, cooked vegetables, wheat, citrus, sewer tint and some herbal and berry tints. Flavour is yeasty, some wheat and herbs, light bitter, lighter tart, some hay, ligt citrus, flower ish tint and light fruity... Aftertaste is bitter, wheat, yeasty, light light tart. Low carbo, light creamy mouthfeel, low to more medium bodied. Reminds me a bit of a Berliner Weisse... Thirst clencher. Pretty nice. Later I heard it’s an infection yet it I thought it was ok...
