Amara senza eccessi. Calda piena rotonda . Mediamente carbonata. Armonica e perfettamente equilibrata.

Drinkable beer for its own sake, however a poor approximation of the authentic abbey triple in my opinion. Tasted from keg at The Craft Beer Company Islington, Islington, London, United Kingdom.

Craft Clerkenwell. Keg. Very hazy orange - amber beer, residual white head. Palate is slightly viscous but the carbonation level is low. Sweet pale malts, slightly sticky and with a honey tone. Thick sweet marmalade with a light touch of fresh orange peel. Resinous grapefruit. A little floral sweetness. Smooth dry finish. Mild peel bitter linger. Odd palate but big flavours, overall pretty good.

300 ml on tap at Spring Beer Festival. Pale gold, quite hazy, with a small, creamy and persistent bright white head. Good lacings. Bready and biscuity notes in the beginning, just before a mesmerizing citrusy (mandarin, blood orange, grapefruit) explosion. Perfectly balanced between slightly bitter and slightly astringent components. Again quite citrusy, lingering and clean aftertaste. Juicy but at the same time dry and refreshing. Very good!

300 ml on tap at Spring Beer Festival 2015. Dark gold, pretty hazy, with a big, fluffy, forever lasting white head. Fresh hop notes on the nose, quite dank and slightly citrusy. Freshly cut grass reminiscence as well. More than average herbal astringency upfront, pleasent rooty and hoppy taste, relatively refreshing with a dry finish. Nice, but I would score it so much higher if that astringency wasn’t so dominant..

300 ml on tap at Spring Beer Festival 2015. Dark amber/light copper, quite hazy, with a fluffy, forever lasting off white head. Quite unique nose: wet tea leaves, burnt caramel, candied orange peel, subtly smoky presence and just a hint of alchool. Mild boozy astringency upfront, typical toffee sweetness, moderaly sweet malts presence, ridicolous drinkability for the ABV. Well done Buskers, this a great DIPA.

0,33 bottle, courtesy of Valerio, publican of Buskers pub (Rome-Italy). Thank you sir. Pours orange skin going amber, extremely cloudy with a creamy white cap. Nose: yeasty notes which perfectly meet a syrupy amber malts orientation. Caramelized sugar with a prominent Yasmin character. Meets expectations. Mouth: triple feel in a fresh caramel environment. Fantastic interpretation of a classic style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330ml bottle. Ambrata, leggermente torbida, schiuma media.
