3.6 Lowlands Brewing Company Tandem Dubbel A very nice pour made for an attractive deep brown liquid under light brown head. Milk chocolate, plums and a soft breeze of yeast were all present in the aroma. Taste was all sweet, but not heavily so. It's a local blessing that the Lowlands restaurants have convinced such a heavy hitting Belgian brewer to make their beer! Monday, June 6, 2022

3 Lowlands Brewing Company High Speed Wit 250 ml draught at Café Hollander in Madison, WI, August 18th. Solid, typical wit appearance - cloudy, almost opaque gold with a thick fluffy lasting head...banana, lemon and just a hint of farmy, murky yeast in the pleasing but slight aroma...on the tongue, only a hint of that wheaty tartness, this is overall much sweeter than usual for the style, and the finish is not far off from (sweet) lemonade...it’s got a decent fullness to the body, and it’s drinkable enough, and I was hot from walking outside and this was the first beer at lunch - but that’s not enough to make it memorable. I’ve had some or all of the other Lowlands Collaborative beers here at Hollander and a couple of other locations, and frankly none of them have been all that special. Sunday, August 21, 2016

3.6 Lowlands Brewing Company High Speed Wit Enjoyed on tap in carafe form at Cafe Hollander in Wauwatosa, WI while dining with friends. Appearance is a bright, cloudy gold with a rich white head. Aroma of spice, wheat, citrus, definite light aroma. Taste had a soft touch of spice/clove and mirrors the aroma. I thought this was pretty good, nothing groundbreaking and there are better brews for the style, but still not bad. Sunday, November 25, 2012
