davey101	3.4 Chick Beer Huge thanks to match1112 for this pink wale of mine. What luck he has for having this in his distribution. 12 oz bottle into a tulip glass. A - Crystal clear yellow. Pale as can be. Faint edging and a swirl yields some quick lacing. S - Very sweet corn aroma. Its a sweetness that I attribute to most AAL, but it cranks things up to 11 with an almost fruit like level. It smells....attractive? T - Sweet corn, a bit of cereal grain, and then nothing. Perhaps the least offensive, least interesting, and least imaginative beer I have ever had. Mouth feel is crisp and lively. O - I mean....its kind of good. Its a very sweet and light beer that I could drink far too easily. Its just so damn easy. I’m gonna go ahead and use a word that you’ll probably never see on this page. Quaffable. CanIHave4Beers	1.7 Chick Beer Pours golden with a head that fizzes out like root beer. The aroma is unappealing, corny, alcoholic, with some odd toasty maltiness. It’s an overly sweet smelling beer... not a whole lot drawing me in here. The flavor is lots of sweet corn, some light fruity notes... defiantly better tasting than smelling... but not by much. thedm	1 Chick Beer This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a large sized head of foamy finely sized bright white colored bubbles that were and left behind a softly carbonated transparent weak yellow colored body and a thick foamy lacing. The aroma was awful and grassy. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish. The horrible flavor contained notes of grassy lagerish and mild maltiness. Aroma is medium sweet, berry/melon, some cereal, bread, light acetone. Taste is medium sweet, berry, corn, some melon, cereal, bread. Light body, lightly prickly. Frank	2.9 Chick Beer This is a ridiculous marketing concept so naturally I had to try it. I’m every woman! In any case, this is a maltier-than-normal pale lager. It’s got a hint of bubblegum and a bit of sweetness. It’s rather full bodied for a light lager but not flabby or overbearing. Carbonation adds just a prickle to keep things interesting. Skyview	1.7 Chick Beer Picked up a single 12-oz bottle at Cellars Wine & Spirits in Shorewwood, MN. Pours a very clear golden straw colored brew with a fast disolving white head that dissipates nearly clean with a thin white ring. Aroma of light grassy hops, a hint of skonk (bottle must have been on the shelf for a long time), and a hint of sweet corn. Taste is very light bodied, watery with less skonk hop presence, yet some light corn and honey. DrnkMcDermott	1.6 Chick Beer 12 oz. bottle from Mix-a-six at Binny’s, Plainfield. I figure ONE bottle is all I ever need to see the rest of my life. What you guys seem not to understand is that, according to the label, drinking it will make witness "chickness!" That and a totally mindless choice of same old girly typeface for the label just makes this a better deal! And hey! The screw-off cap means this is the easiest Chick I’ve ever been able to get the top off, hunh hunh! Okay. Just pouring from downwind, it does look like a standard pale lager, so at least some points there. Pale yellow, at least a half-finger head. Smell is way too chemical. Some corn sweetener, and like others have said, a slight strange perfume. Taste is just another bit of icky lite beer. with a lot of corn adjunct that’s been "processed" to remove calories. The flavor found honey, corn, and dry pale malt on the light core.. prickly carbonation and some tacky sugars around.. finished dry and very quick. MrChopin	1 Chick Beer 1st rating! Some friends rapped on our door and woke us up late last night, one stumbling, a 40 of Smirnoff Ice in hand, the other equally blasted. They had a six pack of this. Why not? Morning after, I woke up with a headache. Faint memories of corn, diacetyl, a cotton smoothness without the candy, very muted and watery through the finish.
