O.H.S.O. 89 Ale
Amber-y copper beer with a sudsy, but almost flat looking head that lingers for longer than I expected. Taste is a little malty, slightly toasted, a touch skunky -though that doesnít make sense to me.

O.H.S.O. Hoppy IPA
Shaker pint draft at the O.H.S.O Eatery + nanoBrewery in Phoenix, Arizona. The pour is a golden copper orange with a small white head with nice lace. The aroma is citrus, pine hops and grain caramel malt. The taste is resin, pine and orange citrus hop bitterness along with the grain of the malt below the hops. None of the sweeter caramel of the nose. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and a mineral resin bitter finish. Solid.

O.H.S.O. Jammed Up
This fruit saison was a watery brass color with a slight head and big soda bubbles of carbonation. As advertised this brew has a jammy raspberry nose. Similarly, the body is saturated with jammy fruit, most notably raspberry. Itís definitely a tasty fruit beer, but not remotely saison-like.
