O.H.S.O. Jammed Up
This fruit saison was a watery brass color with a slight head and big soda bubbles of carbonation. As advertised this brew has a jammy raspberry nose. Similarly, the body is saturated with jammy fruit, most notably raspberry. Itís definitely a tasty fruit beer, but not remotely saison-like.

O.H.S.O. 89 Ale
Bronzed and hazyish with a ring of head. Nice graininess in the nose, accompanied by slight toastiness. Light body with an easy, warming current of grainy toastyness, rounded out by a touch of tannins. This is a light-weight, crisp, grain-forward brew.

Deep copper pour with a white head that leaves nice lace. Starts a tad malty and finishes with some light hops. Sweeter up front followed by a slight bitterness. Nice to see a beer made for a good cause!

O.H.S.O. Eatery & NanoBrewery My Bloody Valentine
draft at ohso scottsdale location. This beer is very thin and way too much cherry syrup added. Its turns into a roasty malty cherry syrup, The base is too thin and has no support. A miss for me.

O.H.S.O. Imperial Símores Stout
Great roasty big stout. Lighter adjunct flavors add well as they do not take over. The giant base has enough character to not fade and lose itself.

O.H.S.O. Hefeweizen
Not bad for a brewpub Hefeweizen. It has reasonable German wheat beer phenolics. Super cloudy. Reasonable body. Refreshing. A bit muddled and unrefined, but, again, for a brewpub it's pretty good. It helped that I was really in the mid for a Hefeweizen!

Sampled @ AZ Strong Beer Fest! Dark burnt orange/mahogany pour with a small eggshell head. Nice spice that includes cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, oak, coffee, cocoa, and toffee. Missing something...wish I could put my finger on it. Sense the strong. Maybe a less aggressive (canít believe I am saying this) would be more enjoyable.

O.H.S.O. Mexican Imperial Stout
Sampled @ AZ Strong Beer Fest! Without doubt, the best beer that O.H.S.O. has ever produced. Incredible inclusions of cocoa, cinnamon, mole, capsaicin heat, coffee, toffee, and brownie batter. Alcohol is mitigated but warming. Dark mahogany, nearly inky pour, with a mocha colored head. Ample clumping inside the glass. Yum!

O.H.S.O. Hoppy IPA
Tap in a shaker pint. Pale gold hue with slight haze and not much head. Straightforward American IPA aroma, packed with citrus -- Orange and lemon peel, candied orange, a little caramel. The citrus blend in the flavor is fairly complex, giving off notes of sweet tangerine juice, grapefruit and orange peel along with a bit of pineapple and grass. Finish has a nice dash of malt in the form of honey and biscuits. Bright, bracing bitterness. Solid.
