Cask (gravity dispense) at Elysian Beer Festival on 11 January 2013. Pale gold colour. Scant head. Moderate condition. Pleasant floral and herbal hop character throughout. Very tangy with a lingering citrus twist on the finish. Another very solid blonde from Wilson Potter.

Bottle. Nose is fresh, light summer berry with a hint of citrus. Taste is lightly bitter grapefruit, pine, a little lime rind. Straw and yest in the dry finish. Mouthfeel a touch thin. A really nice session drink which has good complexity at the strength.

Cask conditioned at The Fat Cat, Sheffield, Yorks.S. Dark brown with white head. This is a rich, smooth fruity stout, silky raisin notes, plummy, a touch of sweetness along with a roasty breadcrust note. Good stuff.

This blonde ale has an aroma of ginger and the taste isnt too strong, for a 3.5%, this has proved to be a great session beer. Slightly carbonated it was a smooth easy drinking and very refreshing.

Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, dusty, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity, fudge. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130123]
