EKGoldings	3.1 Hollywood Fresh Hop Pilsner Tap, Finnegans North Myrtle. Pours dark gold with a slight haze and nice white head. Aroma is German hops and malt. Taste is correct, balanced bitterness, nice malt, properly lagered. A decent Pils style beer that doesn't have the malt backbone to really be a Pilsner. Beer is clean, no diacetyl or DMS that I can detect. Wednesday, January 4, 2023

Tmoney99	3.5 Hollywood Roadhead Session Draft taster. Poured clear golden color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate hop forward balanced aroma. FACambridge	3.2 Hollywood Bushka Aroma : Deeply Roasted coffee & chocolate malts, sweet dark red fruits, hint of oaky whiskey. Taste : A lot going on here, malty bitter roasted coffee & smooth dark chocolate, but also soft dark red fruit sweetness & a mild alcoholic oaked whiskey note. Overall interesting, sort of sweet like a Milk Stout but with an alcohoilc burn! (Florida tour Nov 2018-Tap @The Bull Pub, Key West) Sunday, February 9, 2020

Aurelius	1.9 Hollywood Mango IPA 100%, all-head pour in a tall pilsener glass. Bad, loud can. Smells like suntan lotion, insect repellant or nail polish or something - not phenolic, but with a loud, semi-floral, chemical funk. Hyper carbonated from a secondary fermentation. The beer just seethes with CO2. Hollywood: Pull this from production until you get it ironed out - live unpasteurized, die unpasteurized. Can, Beer Stop, Tallahassee. Monday, August 19, 2019

OzarkElmo	3.4 Hollywood Fresh Hop Pilsner Interesting, hopped up pilsner. More towards an IPA than a lager, that is for sure. Hints of pine, a bit of citrus on the nose. More heavy than a standard pilsner, to be expected. Pretty good, just not sure if it is true to the style. If I want a pilsner, not sure if this is what I want.
