3.7 Track 7 Pivenka Can from Corti Brothers. Pours gold with a moderate white head. Grass/spice for aroma. Med body. Flavor is bready/crackery malt supporting grass/spice. Not quite dry. Not so bitter as I'd like, but good. Tuesday, March 12, 2024

3.9 Track 7 300 Hairy Bears Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours a la Guinness. Brn/blk with a huge dark tan head. Aroma seems chocolate. Med plus body. Flavor is dark burntish toffeeish malt with some chocolate. Some dark fruit aspects. Not all that sweet. Malt for bitter. Deceptively easy drinker. Saturday, January 13, 2024

4.1 Track 7 Petulant Wisdom - Bourbon Barrel-Aged Waxed 500 from Corti Bros. Pours dark brown with a transient, slight tan head. Aroma of dark fruits with a bourbon note. Full bodied. It's malty. Heat stands in for bitterness. There's dark plummy fruit, heat, nice level of bourbon, and some oak wood astringency. Overall quite smooth and well integrated. Excellent. 3.9 Track 7 Never a Dull Moment Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours slightly hazy gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma is very tropical. Med body. Flavor is very complexly tropical. Surprisingly towards dry with an astringency note. Moderately bitter or more. It's really flavorful. I think there's green melon, white berry and passion fruit. Maybe even green guava. But it is way too complicated for my abilities to parse. Super good. Thursday, November 2, 2023

2.8 Track 7 / Full Circle Kitty Bottom On tap @ Caps & Taps. Cloudy reddish beer with an off-white head. The lactose and creaminess are quite strong on this one. Some jammy strawberry and cherry pie notes. Get a touch of citrus coming through as well as some sweet cake and bready malt. Mild bitterness and booze come through on the finish. Not my favorite. Tuesday, April 11, 2023

3.6 Track 7 Chasing Rainbows On tap @ Caps & Taps. Hazed golden-orange beer with a small white head. The passion fruit and guava really dominate this one, though there is a touch of orange sweetness. A touch of bread, lemon juice, and citrus zest. Certainly very juicy and tropical overall. Body is pretty light with moderate carbonation. Ends up being a bit sweeter than I would like, but still not bad. Saturday, August 6, 2022

3.3 Track 7 Left Eye Right Eye (Double Dry-Hopped) On tap @ The Bistro DIPA Fest 2018. Pours a light amber color with some white foam. Rather heavy on the sweetness. Caramel, bread, toast, and a lot of marmalade. Get some mango, stone fruit, and a hint of vanilla. Lingering bitterness of pine and citrus rind. Not my favorite. Sunday, July 31, 2022

3.5 Track 7 Under Construction Can @ Home. Pours jet black with a tan head. Get an almost chocolate covered banana note to this up front. Decent amount of coffee and vanilla along with a bit of cacao. Get a touch of sweet dark fruit and molasses, too. Slight green pepper note from the coffee, unfortunately, but otherwise okay. 3.5 Track 7 Darkness Imprisoning Me On tap @ Beer Revolution. Black in color with a thin tan head. Pretty much liquid Cocoa Puffs. Tastes of chocolate milk, vanilla, and a touch of roasted malt. Borderline pastry-tier stout here. Not much in the way of bitterness despite having coffee in it, you can barely perceive it. It’s an okay enough beer, but you have to be into the sweet stuff and I get a little tired of it. Sunday, July 17, 2022

3.8 Track 7 Three Chord On tap @ Caps & Taps. Hazy golden beer with a white head. Looks like orange juice. It's quite juicy, particularly on the aroma. Big time orange, grapefruit, mango, and pineapple. Still has a fair amount of herbal and pithy bitterness, particularly for the NE/juicy style IPA. Some bread and toast malt notes and sweetness to it as well. Overall, pretty nice and plenty of juicy citrus. Tuesday, July 12, 2022

2.3 Track 7 Waiting For October: Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Edition Can pours near black with tan head. Not a fan of the nose. I've had some cheesecake beers that work, even IPAs. This is not one of them. Takes what might have been a decent spiced up coffee stout and ruins it. Nose is off. Aftertaste is harsh. Didn't finish. Monday, October 18, 2021

3.5 Track 7 Everything Wrong (and Right) Berry Edition Can @ Caps & Taps. Opaque purple pour with a tall white head. Smells like fruit punch. A lot of sweet berry jam along with some vanilla. Definitely a bit of a creaminess to it, too. Slight bread and grain, some citrus, and a light grassy bitterness. I mean, I guess it's okay... Sunday, September 26, 2021

3.1 Track 7 Rind, Sealed, Delivered Can @ Caps & Taps. Clear golden beer with a white head. Has kind of that watermelon Jolly Rancher thing going on. A lot of lemon juice and watermelon rind, too. Kind of a Warhead candy sourness to it... quite bracing. It does have some watermelon flavor and aroma to it, but overall it's just a very, very sour beer and not much else is going on.
