Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, phenol, sweet malt, alcohol, fruity yeast, belgium yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Ibrew2or3	3.7 Galil Hopale IPA How awesome is this, a nice IPA tick from Israel courtesy of the amazing DSG. Thanks! Bottle pours with a nice looking hop hazed gold body that supports a dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up some thin mineral notes, soft spicy hops and then a dash of floral hops. The delivers a pleasing blend of juicy citrus hops, some floral hops and a dash of tangerine hop bitterness. It then gets floral and thin lime like into the finish. I like this blend of hoppiness. HoopsandHops	3.9 Galil Tripel 330 bottle poured into wine glass at room temperature, Jerusalem. Appearance is hazy orange / red oak with half a finger of head that dissipates quickly and leaves no lacing. Characteristic Tripel aroma with notes of mango, peach, nectarine, blueberry, candy. Taste is super sweet, gum- and candy-like, prickly-pear, pancake syrup. Body is medium, texture is sticky, carbonation is mild. If in the mood for a sweet beer, this is one I’d recommend.
