Third Street Minnesota Gold Lager 3.6
As far as lagers go this is good. Easy drinking, slight lemon and crisp hops. Split a 16 once can with the wife with our pizza it washed it down well.

Third Street Angry Pirate - Aye Aye PA 3.2
Bomber to tulip. Pours clouded orange, white sticky head. Aroma of oj, bread, pine, flowers and tropical fruit. FYI...I donít like fig in my beer. Bread + Fruit = FIG. Quite a bit of fig in here. Otherwise...very light and tasty. Not sure where to taste the 9+ abv. Decent minus my hatred for fig in my drinks. All of 3rd Street Brewing seems to suffer that vegetable off flavor.

Third Street Minnesota Gold Lager 3
The aroma has a good malt essence, plus a very faint German hop element. The taste is not too bitter, with just a slight sourness. A pretty decent lager.

superspak
Third Street Lost Trout Brown Ale 4
12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 7/15/2015. Pours slightly hazy deep reddish brown color with a 1-2 finger dense light khaki head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big caramel, brown sugar, brown bread, toasted biscuit, light nuttiness/chocolate/coffee, herbal, light dark fruit, and yeast/toasted earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of dark/roast/bready malt and light earthy hop/yeast ester notes; with good strength. Taste of caramel, brown sugar, brown bread, toasted biscuit, light nuttiness/chocolate/coffee, herbal, light dark fruit, and yeast/toasted earthiness. Light herbal/roasted bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of caramel, brown sugar, toasted biscuit, light nutty/chocolate/coffee, and herbal/toasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. damn nice robustness, complexity, and balance of dark/roast/bready malt and light earthy hop/yeast ester flavors; with a great bitterness/sweetness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready, and slightly sticky/chalky mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.9%. Overall this is a damn nice American brown ale style. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malt and light earthy hop/yeast ester flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

asedzie
Third Street Sugar Shack Maple Stout 3.6
Bottle. Nose is pronounced butterscotch - some diacetyl aroma - beneath there is soy sauce. Flavor is exotic - a kind of toffee coconut. There is also some barley malt flavor in there somewhere. Finish is vanilla with a bit of alcohol. This is exciting for a Minnesota winter (seasonal), a bit like if this part of the world had a baltic porter - a strong somewhat nasty beer (in a good way), that makes sense for this particular place and time/weather (tiempo en el castellano y otros idiomas).

kramer
Third Street Three Way Pale Ale 2.6
Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy dark gold body with a minimal wispy white head that faded very quickly. The nose is sweet and slightly grainy with just some minimal floral hoppiness. The flavor is light in bitterness, and the malt base is rather bland, which makes for a thin and boring beer. Light and watery body with soft fizzy carbonation. This is not a good beer.

Third Street Minnesota Gold Lager 3
Can. Pours golden with a fine lookin head. Nose is grass-hay hop notes - very mild. Flavor is light lager territory - lacking nuance, but obviously quite a pure malt bill - I detect a little bit of barley pils malt (mildly sweet) along with some flaked corn (fresh and bright and not adjunct or chemical). Finish has a touch of bitter herbal or extract lager hops - a touch of bitterness clears the palate. Good mid-continent lager - perhaps better than schlitz in this category. Definitely appeals to the craft drinker more than your average pale lager when brought to a party, fwiw.

Third Street Jackíd Up Autumn Ale 2.7
Bottle:   Light to moderate spices up front.   Has a very slight smoked malt touch, almost a little band-aid.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Spices die too quickly unfortunately.   Fades too quickly on the finish.

Third Street Hunny Do Wheat Beer 3.2
12 oz. can from TheHOFF43 - thanks again, Kyle! Pours a hazy gold color on the lighter end of the spectrum with a fizzy white head that settles into a ring and film, leaving some ropes of lace on the sides. Notes of lemon, nectarine, tangerine, wheat, cereal, straw, and grass. Light-bodied, with medium to high carbonation and a crisp, fruity, surprisingly juicy mouthfeel. Fruit-forward summer wheat ale that drinks easy. Good canned offering.

Third Street Rise To The Top Cream Ale 3.1
12 oz. bottle from TheHOFF43 - thanks again, Hoff! Pours a cloudy gold color with a small white head that settles into a ring and an island of film. Notes of toasted sugar, cream, toast, corn, sweet bread, and cereal - yep, sweet and malty. Right on style. Light-medium bodied, with moderate carbonation. Good cream ale. Nothing Iím going to get excited about but a good representation.

Third Street Minnesota Gold Lager 3.8
On tap at Longfellow Grill, pours a slightly hazy mostly clear golden/yellow with a small white head. Aroma of corn, mildly sweet malt, mildly dry grassy hops. Taste of blunt grassy dry bitter hops rolled full well rounded balanced corn and grain malt flavor. Easy drinking, lots of flavor, and crisp. Well done!

Third Street Rise To The Top Cream Ale 3.4
12 oz bottle poured. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a thin fizz head. Has a corny, grainy lager like aroma to it, but the flavor quickly says otherwise. Iím actually quite surprised/impressed with the flavor here. Compared to other cream ales, this one packs a good amount of flavor, and a quite nice flavor at that. Very creamy. Nice, light beer.

12 oz. bottle from Cash Wise in Watford. Appearance: film of tan head, dark brown to black color, opaque, . Aroma: nutty, heavy coffee, light fruitiness. Overall, pretty pleasant beer, very enjoyable.

Third Street Three Way Pale Ale 1.9
Bottle. A little yellow color. Mildly bitter, and some dry malt. Balanced but the flavor and aroma are definitely light, and there should be a lot more of both. Lightly bitter finish.

Third Street Spotlight India Pale Ale 2
Bottled. A very mild and subdued ipa, hops are held back and it is not particularly bitter in a style that is known for being bitter. Some sweet malt, and sweet potato. I have no idea what the super secret experimental hop could be.

Third Street Spotlight India Pale Ale 3.3
Bottle. Thanks, andrewje41! Pours a slightly hazy darker amber color with a smallish light tan head on there. Nose seems pretty earthy to me, doesnít seem all that bright and fresh and first glance. Taste is fairly bitter and a bit earthy again, and and the bitterness builds throughout the drink.
