deyholla	2.1 Borealis Juneberry Love Saison Sampled from the tap at All Pints North. Pours a near clear amber with a bubly white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a musty fruit note with some stale bread and a bit of wet grass underlying. Flavor has sweet berry and musty fruits with wet bread for the backbone. Sunday, December 4, 2016
deyholla	1 Borealis Sonne Berliner-Style Wheat Beer Sampled from the tap at All Pints North. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a bad sour fruit note with some earthy wheat and cheese underlying. Flavor has a vomit character to it with earthy wheat, cheese and an off sour fruit note. Sunday, December 4, 2016

Erzengel	3.3 Borealis Speckled Ghost Abbey Ale Great fruity smooth nose. The beer starts fruity fresh. Honey, smooth mild yeast, moderate malty body. Fresh and smooth aftertaste, not too deep. Warming but smooth, fresh malt, not too much grain, hints of honey and red fruit. Long and malty round aftertaste, smooth and quite easy to drink for that ABV. Friday, May 20, 2016

cards04	3.3 Borealis Mon Cherries Cherry Dubbel Thanks northopfrye for sharing. Pours a dark brown with some tan head. Aromas are chocolate, Belgian yeast, bubble gum, roast. With the first sip I get smoke, chocolate, a touch of cherry. Dark malts. Unlike any dubbel I’ve ever had. And far from the best double I’ve ever had. But really interesting. Sunday, May 31, 2015
northropfrye	3.5 Borealis Mon Cherries Cherry Dubbel I see there is a wide range of opinions on this one. Dark Black body off white head. Aroma of roasty cocoa and bubblegum. Taste is semi sweet candy and roasty Cocoa and a touch of cherry. Somewhere in between a stout and a dubbel. Smooth creamy nitro-like palate. I enjoyed it. Unique and successful. Sunday, May 31, 2015

deyholla	3.5 Borealis Duluth Beeschiality Dark Luscious Sampled from the tap at Winterfest 2015. Pours a dark brown with a slight amber hue and a brown head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has tons of smoke and maple with dark grains, roasted malts and a bit of tart cherry. Syd	4 Borealis Mon Cherries Cherry Dubbel Pours deep red brown. Head tan brown. Surface foam lingers. Aroma of sweetness and cherry. Flavor of dried fruits and a slight roasted note in the finish. AirForceHops	3.4 Borealis White Throated Wit Bottle thanks to Skyview.Thanks Bob! Hazy and cloudy gold, some small white head around the snifter. Aromas of orange citrus, faint cereal grains and spice. Medium bodied with a pronounced lemon citrus brightness. A very weak hint of lime. Nice crisp effervescence that melds well with the citrus astringency. Very nice representation of the style. I like that the spice is mild and very subtle. Extremely easy to drink. Aroma is very soft with very light clove some banana. Taste has a decent spice with clove and banana with and a pepper finish. Palate is thin and drying and slightly watery and warming. JK	3.4 Borealis White Throated Wit All Pints North, 2013. Herbal and dry. Lots of lemongrass which is in the aroma but also gives that dry character on the palate. BeerKurve	4 Borealis Mon Cherries Cherry Dubbel Pitch black with a creamy off-white head and moderate carbonation. Aroma of cherries, oak, chocolate, plums, licorice, spices and hops. Has flavors of oak, licorice, spices, cherries, chocolate, tobacco, and malts. Body is fairly light with some moderate carbonation that tapers off. A nice refreshing Belgian, with a clean, plain lacto tang and some barrel dryness. For a dubbel, I’d like to see some more chewy malt complexity, but the dryness and cleanliness make this enjoyable.
