Grumbo	3.6 Harry's Cider Haystack 28/7/2023. From BIAB at the 33rd Ipswich Beer and Cider Festival. Pours almost clear pale golden amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is medium sweet fleshy apple, caramel, straw, touch funky. Fairly sweet, light bitterness, touch of tartness. Moderate body, oily, low carbonation. Drying and mildly tart finish with some toffee apple. Enjoyed this. Monday, July 31, 2023

Aroma is nutty earthy apple, light toffee, orange rind, bark. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tart apple, bark, light toffee, notes, carmelised apple curd, toffee apple, crisp finish. Aroma of grape, white wine, gooseberry, sweet apple fruit. Presents quite a pleasing clean spritz on the palate, light and elegant, with a gentle cremant feel about it. Very good.
