GT	4.3 Benoit et Sylvie Noël Cidre Fermier 750mL c&c bought at the Bio Marche in Honfleur held every Wednesday. Bought from the producer. Hazy, light starfruit pour with a big pop of the cork and big carbonation. Larger fizzy gold head. Quick acid cut. Sharp, fresh yellow nectar fruit and starfruit nose with exotic apple medley. In taste some smoke and oil with tangy starfruit and nectarine. Wildly quick finish. Refreshing. Delicious. Nose is insane: rich peach tart and ripe peach flesh with starfruit and mango. Beautiful bouquet. Subtle and complex. Taste is tangy and lactic with sweet pineapple and peach yogurt. Rich mango sorbet nose. Higher effervescence. Neutral, perfect finish. No drying. No sugar.
