Marko	3.4 Bredaryds NEIPA Tap at BW with Per, Jan & the ladies. Hazy yellow body, whtie head. Orange notes in teh aroma, malty, perfumey, light coconut, stone fruit and tropical, but atypical, perfumey. Nice citric, flowery notes on an almost slick body, some coconutoid tropical notes. Marko	3.4 Bredaryds Veteöl Tap at Bredaryds Wärdshus. Hazy golden body, lasting white head. Wheaty aroma, creamy, vanilla, light hoppy notes, not that much banana or cloves. Aroma is caramel malts, some spices, mild yeast as well as some fruity notes. flavour is caramel malts, mild alcohol, some yeast as well as mild fruity notes. Quite sweet in the finish. oh6gdx	4 Bredaryds Chocolate Stout Bottled (from old bottle at the brewpub. The lady brewer popped one of these, as they had a tasting in the evening, where it would be opened, so I got a 4 cl taster). Quite much pitch black colour with small brown head. Aroma is chocolate, some liquorice, mild alcohol, some vanilla as well as mild madeirawinelike notes (aka oxidized). Flavour is chocolate, liquorice, mild alcohol, vanilla, some roasted malts as well as mild honeyish notes. Mild notes of madeira, but not disturbingly much. Light to medium bodied, slick mouthfeel, low carbonation. Nicely balanced, a bit sweet initially, a pleasant moderate bitterness creeps in lately. gnoff	3.7 Bredaryds Chocolate Stout We were offered a bottle of this brew from 2003 on April 25, 2009, as the end of our fantastic beer tating. When I smelled it my thoughts ran wild, oh my god! Very rarely do I smell a beer and immediately think I do not want to taste it, because the taste can’t be as perfect as the smell! It wasn’t. Unfortunately it had gone sour, though in the back you could still hint a nice chocolate tone. How I would have liked to try this at it’s peak, it must have been amazing! Thank you very very much to Petra at the brewpub to go the extra mile and giving us this free sample, it was most excellent and awesome service! Black color, brown head. My mate right next to me had a clear beer from the older keg. White head. Spicy, licorice, some smoke scent, also sweet and fresh. Spicy, herbal, bitter taste. Licorice and bitter aftertaste. Caramelly and lightly woody with notes of orange. Solid chewy malt malt backs the the estery yeast flavours. Finishes with low bitterness but light hints of glue. A archetypical belgian style ale. FatPhil	3.1 Bredaryds PIPA Keg (Brewpub) Cloudy orange, tiny tight head. Slightly smoky aroma, sweetish. Some elastoplast from the phenols. Refreshing, but also quite full bodied. Ungstrup	3.2 Bredaryds Öl af Klostertyp An amber beer with a small extremely fast disappearing head. The aroma is very sweet fruity with notes of peach, cane sugar, and alcohol. Ungstrup	4.3 Bredaryds Chocolate Stout A pitch black beer with a beutiful dark brown head. The aroma is sweet roasted with notes af coffee, chocolate, and oranges. Probably because its an old keg (the brewpub just opened after 2 weeks holliday and the waitress said the beer had been on the tap for quite a while). Has a nice and creamy end. Ungstrup	3.3 Bredaryds Oktoberfestöl The aroma is very faint with malty notes. The color is a beutiful amber but it has no head. The flavor is lovely - sweet, malty with notes of straws, caramel, roasted bread, and yeast - very complex. It ends on a malty dryness, but has almost no bitterness. A very good beer. omhper	3.2 Bredaryds Extra Strong Lager Sampled draught at Bredaryds Wärdshus. The beers from Bredaryd are generally some of the best brewpub beers you can find in Sweden, and the owner Lasse Schweitz in a huge beer enthusiast who has made this establishment in a rural part of southern Swedn possible. There are however a few drawbacks with the place, such as, beside a big number of imported bottled beers, they only serve one of their own beers at a time. Another drawback is that the staff working there was completely clueless on beer, and didn't even know which beer they were serving... This beer however poured hazy mahogany coloured and had a fruity, raisiny aroma. It was sweet, aromatic, full bodied and highly sugary. omhper	4 Bredaryds Guldöl Sampled draught at Svensk Fatölsfestival, Nynäshamn Reddish amber, despite the fact the name means "golden beer". Aroma of malt and almond. Medium dry and malty with pleasant toffee flavour. The grassy, orangey bitterness sets in early. Besides a relativley strong almond flavour it is rather discrete, and really complex. Hildigöltur	4.9 Bredaryds Chocolate Stout If I lived in Bredaryd I would drink this every day. It's a pity we cannot buy it here in Denmark. A suberb chocolate aroma and head. The taste is also world class. I like this better than Youngs Double Chocolate Stout.
