Barbarian De Peso Pumpkin Ale
Malt in the aroma with some pumpkin. Flavor is more malt and pumpkin here also, but it seems natural with less of thr pimpkin poe spices than many others.

Barbarian Red Ale
20cl pour at the Miraflores location, pours a ruddy, burnt orange with some cloudy white head. Nose has biscuit, malt, orange, mild soap. Flavor has more of the malt/apple thing red ales give you, some hop bitterness, soap, biscuit. Dry finish. Easy drinker. Good intro beer in this market.

Barbarian / Del Valle Coche Bomba
10cl pour at the Miraflores location, pours an oily black with some sudsy, creamy tan head. Nose is more straight forward imperial stout, malt, burnt toast, molasses, some chocolate, some marzipan, light booze, dried fruit. Flavor is actually really nice, the malt character is quite delicious, well nuanced with black pepper, almost a blueberry reduction kind of thing, molasses, licorice, malt, toast, cola. Big malt character. Finishes oily but not hot. Nice.

Barbarian / Del Valle Roble Coche Bomba
100cl pour at the Miraflores location pours a murky, oily black with some sudsy, brown head. A little leggy, like a scotch too. Big nose, booze and port at the outset, light paint, German chocolate cake, tiramisu, some dried fruit, molasses. Flavor has condensed cola, chocolate, more of that tiramisu/boozy/coffee thing, some liquid smoke, big port character without the astringent booze. Finishes full bodied, oily but I would have thought this would be far hotter. All in all, fairly well done.

Barbarian Garaje brown ale
On nitro at the Miraflores location. Pours a hazy, amber brown with plenty of creamy, slightly off white head. Nose has some dusty grist, some bread crust, mild yeast, fairly mild though. Flavor is sweet with malt, a little brown sugar, some yeasty bread, a little orange, a little cream soda. Creamy finish. Nitro may have hurt the nose a bit.

In my point of view, it is a good porter and probably the best beer from this brewery. The color is a dark black color and the foam is heavy and a bit creamy. The taste is well-balanced, malty with hop and roasted coffee, bitter at the final taste.

Barbarian Red Ale
It is a nice pale ale, in my point of view, a bit watery but a nice citrus hop, giving a pleasant taste, refreshing, particulary during this hot day in Lima for a family birthday. The color is classical, copper and orange, average carbonation.

I drank this beer yesterday in Lima. The color is a nice yellow creamy face with yeast and thin foam, average carbonation. The taste at the noise is pleasant with hop. When we drink this beer, we smell the hop, citrus and with a small touch of grapefruit and coriandre. The thing is that it is watery, not bad.

Had from a bottle, in a mall in Miraflores, Lima. My wife bought me this beer because we were at a mall, and I was grumpy. For the record, she wasn’t even shopping. This is just a mall built on a cliff face by the ocean, which is cool, but it is still a mall. Overall, I really liked this beer. It took the edge off of being a tourist, and was a pleasant throw back to the IPAs of the early 2000’s. Malty, citrusy, a bit oxidized. Balanced bitterness.

There’s some chalky yeastyness in the aroma, with oranges, some faint banana and a touch of lemon and pale malts. It’s almost equally yeasty on the palate, rather effervescent, dry, and with flavors of pale malts in the back. Orange zest and a touch of lemon in the flavor, lasting for a good while. Szép sötétsárga, kevés bézs habbal. Illata már elsőre meghódít, simcoe! Úgy látom szűretlen. Vajkaramelles, zöld jegyek keverednek a fenti favorit komlóval. Vékony száraz, karbonátos és hamus utóízzel. Úgy érzem a hidegkomlózásnál erős zöldíz alakult k, aúúi. Kár érte. Erősen keserű talán túlságosan is a Pale Alehez képest.
