Bolero Snort Bull Pop Berliner
Bomber from Spirits Jackson. Poured ugly, deep cloudy pink body, looks like a melted strawberry daiquiri with a small trimming of white foamy head. Aroma is all fruit, almost strawberry from a combo of the ingredients, tart yet sweet. Flavor is super fruity, strawberry and lime, dry fruits skins. Body is flat, medium body. Meh.....too fruited that the background Berliner is totally lost and the body is even effected from all the fruit additions where there is barely any carbonation left.

Bolero Snort I Ain’t Afraid of No Bulls
Bomber from Spirits Lakewood. Poured a chill hazed orange body under a frothy off white head. Aroma of lime and orange citrus juice, medium toast, grains, juicy. Flavor is similar but not as juicy as the aroma. Medium body with carbonation that is just a hair strong from earning this a perfect a 5. Good beer. Bolero is quickly upping their game, good job BS.

Bolero Snort O.V.B. Creamsicle IPA
Appearance: Hazy golden straw body, well actually it’s opaque. The head is foamy white.
Aroma: Mild to moderate aroma of orange and vanilla, definitely reminiscent of a creamsicle. Some grassiness noted.
Taste: Orange, mango, and tangerine with mild vanilla and lactose on the finish. Moderate bitterness.
Palate: Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Dry powdery finish.
Overall :Smells closer to the name than the taste, but still a darn good beer. Thanks!

Tallboy can via fb trade. Poured a delicate hazed light yellow with a smaller creamy white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma and flavor have the meringue nailed down tight!! Additional notes of lemon rind, grassy hops and vanilla in the flavor. Body is medium at best with slightly stronger carbonation and a bit of harshness on the dry aftertaste. Overall interesting, imaginative, and we’ll executed.

22 ounce bottle. Pours a cloudy deep golden color topped by a huge rocky beige head. Aroma is yeasty with notes of red berries and sweet fruit. First sip has tart fruit, mild strawberry and yeasty highlights. Bready malt and citrusy hops in middle. Some earthy funk as well, though subdued. Finish is dry with a hint of citrus hops. Fairly representiive of the Saison style. A decent effort.

Bolero Snort Kow Lime Pie
Draft at Barcade. Lime and fruity hops come through on the aroma and flavor. Vanilla shows up mid-palate, mostly in the flavor, as sweetness to balance the hop bitterness really nicely. Finishes with a rind style bitterness and a bit of lime tartness. The mix here works rather well, and the balance in the flavor is sublime. Great stuff.

Sampled at mile, pours lightly hazy golden with small head. Aromas and flavor are tart key lime, vanilla bean, and citrus hops. Surprised how much this tasted like key lime which is one of my favorite things on earth. Salivating and watering key lime with pine and lemon lime hop. Only complaint is the light body and light carbonation.
