Doylestown Union Street IPA 3.3
Nice standard ipa. Citrus is nice with orange and lemon. Not a lot of pine, but hops are even and give great balance. Yellow orange. Tap at brewery.

Bottle at Christine and Daves, cheers to DLJ for sourcing this new brewery tick for me - 29/11/13. A stealth gusher this cheeky scamp was ! Hazed orange amber with a good sized off white head. Nose is dank hops, orange sherbet, lemon rind, citric tinged straw, earthy tones. Taste comprises orange pith, earthy hops, orange sherbet, light sugar notes, straw. Medium bodied, fone carbonation, grassy conclusion with subtle hop bitterness. Ok basic IPA - a little overly orange in its consist!

Doylestown Union Street IPA 1.9
This beer tasted great. The packaging was sharp. BUT, the pour was the worst. All foam. Had to actually spoon the foam off after 15 minutes of waiting. Will never buy is beer again.

Doylestown DBC Pale Ale 3
Bottle from Wegman’s Malvern. Pours slightly hazy orange with a medium sized white head, plenty of carbonation in the glass, some lacing. The aroma is lightly floral but has a reasonable bit of citrus in the nose. Not a defined fruit. The taste has a light bitterness, some sweet citrusy notes, and a bit of a chalky finish. Not bad but no stunner.

Bare hints of malt and a dirty, earthy quality, but far overwhelmed by water. Thin, barely there. Nothing much to object to since there is nothing much to taste.

Not a bad pale. Very hoppy w/ a orange pour & thin white head. Unfortunately the hops don’t come through in the aroma. A solid beer from a brewery I didn’t even know existed so props to that.

Doylestown R5 Lager 2.1
Pours a slightly hazy golden/amber with almost no head. Aroma has caramel and some graininess...slightly buttery. Flavor is definitely buttery and has light caramel and bready notes...just a bit tangy...infected i think. Mouthfeel is light and the finish is tangy/malty. Not good at all.
