Rune	3 Nómada Petricor 330ml bottle outside in sunny weather, at street cafe in Alicante. Misty golden body, fair white head, spotty lacing. Moderate smell of herbal hops and mild orange. The taste profile follows suit with hints of orange, herbal hops, grass - and pale malts. Rather short mid-dry fruity end with discreet bitterness. Pretty decent. (Alicante, 05.03.2024). pindolaire	4.8 Nómada Marabunta Servida en pinta, color amarillo azafrán, limpia, con muchas burbujas finas, espuma blanca de media retención. En nariz es una explosión de aroma lupulado, con notas de pino, frutas resina, algo de cítricos... En boca el alto nivel dejado por las sensaciones olfativas no decae en absoluto, un amargor afrutado y resinoso con destellos cítricos y tropicales, tremendamente sabroso, profundo y duradero sobrevuela un discretísimo pero perfectamente equilibrado fondo malteado. pindolaire	4.8 Nómada Prosapia Catada en Schniffter, color negro opaco, oscura como la brea, hay que saber escanciarla y currárselo para sacarle algo de espuma, si lo logras obtendrás un dedo y medio, dos como mucho, color marrón, muy cremosa, preciosa, aunque no durará mucho (ni falta que le hace). En nariz es tan compleja como deliciosa, notas de uva madura, jerez, ciruelas, vino tinto, cacao, madera, vainilla... En boca me ha enamorado desde el primer trago, cuerpo completo, robusta, densa, oleosa, profunda, rica en matices, desde notas dulces de fruta madura (uva, moras, ciruelas rojas...) hasta contenidamente amargas y torrefactas (Chocolate negro, café, pan tostado, cacao puro...), en su desarrollo el trago ofrece incluso ciertas notas de humo . La evolución a lo largo de la cata es notable, tanto en nariz como en boca, conforme toma temperatura se acentúan los matices de madera y los notas de fruta madura adquieren tonos aun más dulces y licorosos. El postgusto es afrutado, ligeramente agrio y largo de cojones. Ojo, es tan intensa que puede llegar a saturar, lo que es indiscutible es que es un cervezón y una puta delicia, digna de disfrutar al menos una vez en la vida. pindolaire	4.2 Nómada Naturepils Servida en copa pilsen, color amarillo claro, limpia y cristalina. En nariz aroma a cereal, lúpulo, algo de bizcocho...no está mal de aroma para ser una pilsen. En boca seguimos con las sorpresas para bien, a pesar de su aspecto cristalino y de ser una cerveza ligera tiene un cuerpo bastante agradable, es algo dulce, ligeramente afrutada, rica en matices cítricos, amargor contenido, bastante equilibrada. Notas de limón, cereales, lúpulo, paja, malta...Sin duda la mejor pils que he que he probado hasta la fecha, un cien dentro del estilo, si señor, muy buena y muy bien hecha. TorbenJensen	2.7 Nómada Passiflora Sour Persistent, beautiful foam and a lovely aroma of fresh grain, with wheat malt in particular characterizing the aroma. The taste is slightly sour raspberry, cherry and a very small amount of tropical fruits which are difficult to name. It has a good fullness and an aftertaste of a little fresh grass and some mild spices, which could be a little thyme and rosemary, but to a very limited extent. Definitely worth a recommendation. GoddamnNoise	3.5 Nómada Prosapia 33 cl. bottle @ home, served in a teku glass, best before: 2023/11/23. Aroma: medium intensity aromas of wood, oak, Pedro Ximenez wine, hints of roasted coffee, roasted malts, black coffee, chocolate, cocoa, alcohol. Appearance: very dark brown color with brown an extremely thin head, almost no head, so I can't talk about retention, no Brussels' lacing, too dark to talk about haziness. Taste: medium to high sweetness, low to medium bitterness, no sourness. Flavors of Pedro Ximenez wine, wood, oak, prunes, dark dried fruits, raisins, hints of roasted malts, roasted coffee, black coffee, chocolate, cocoa, alcohol. Balance is toward the sweetness but it is not cloying or unpleasant. Mouthfeel: medium to full body, silky to oily texture, low carbonation, long sweet finish with medium sweetness, low to medium bitterness and the previously mentioned flavors. Alcohol is slightly noticeable in the aroma and flavor, quite high and strongly noticeable because of a high mouth and throat warming. Astringency is not noticeable. Hop burn is not noticeable. Overall: no head, quite sweet and tasty but the Pedro Ximenez and barrel flavors are a bit overpowering, hiding almost all the flavors from the roasted malts. Alcohol is too high. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è di consistenza velata. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è giallo ramato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso.
