Overall: The lactic notes work better with a dark style of beer (particularly stout), but they are a bit too prominent for this style. Carbonation and head retention is too low. Overall: The lactic does not seem to come from infection, as the beer shows no other signs of infection. I guess it is an over adjustment of pH, but either way it is an issue. Carbonation is a major problem, the beer is very close to flat. Head retention is linked to carbonation, so the one might solve the other. 440 ml bottle, poured. 2A.
