Brew Bus You're My Boy, Blue!
This is quite possibly the most abnoxious artificial flavours I've ever tasted. This is the definition of fake blueberry flavouring. I can't taste anything else other than fake blueberry. Drain pour.

12 oz can poured at home. Day 15 of the craft beer advent calendar. Pours golden with a white head. Smells like blueberry muffins. Taste is the same. Easy to drink but a little too sweet for my liking.

Very much enjoy this one. One of the better fruit lagers I’ve had, nice presence of blueberry without being overwhelming or sweet. Goes down with a light bitterness. Will keep going back to this!

Brew Bus You're My Boy, Blue!
Pretty hazy golden and light peach coloured body with a slight straw yellow tint, all with a thin pure white head that fades very quickly. Aroma of slight wheat and grain flavour with a ton of blueberry notes that make this seem very fruity, but there isn't so much sweetness, at least in the nose. Medium-bodied; Rich blueberry and clean wheat flavours dominate here with a slight tart and rustic quality along with a good sweetness, but the fresh blueberries are very nice here, especially for the summer (or in this case, Winter) heat here in Florida. Aftertaste shows a good wheatie profile with a lot of the blueberries of course, but some clean malts, a nice level of sweetness and even a tart kick from the fruit, but nice throughout and while quite fruity and blueberry-y, it's pretty much what I expected. Overall, a nice and enjoyable beer to have local here in Florida and worth trying when other richer beers or deeper beers have already made their mark on you. Nice to sample, especially local and on draught! I sampled this sixteen ounce pour on draught at Ford's Garage in Orlando, Florida on 29-December-2022 for US$7,00 with my wife and three kids while away on vacation.

Roast and pumpkin spice. I didn't realize this was a pumpkin beer when I bought it, or definitely wouldn't have bothered. That being said it wasn't bad. Still some stout elements here. A little milk. Black pour with decent mocha head. Bittersweet finish. Can that nearly exploded in my car after I bought it.

Brew Bus Tangerine Splash
16oz can. Poured clear orange amber color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate citrus balanced aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Moderate bittersweet flavor with a moderate citrus bittersweet finish of medium duration. This soft beer met my expectations.

Brew Bus Fluffernutter Spread
12 oz. can from Total Wine - Melbourne. Pours a super dark brown color with a small beige head and fair retention. Almost no lacing. Sweet chocolate malt aroma. Very dark roasted chocolate flavor with enough lactose to help smooth out the 10.0% ABV. Low carbonation. Slick mouthfeel. I'm not picking up any peanut flavor. The 10.0% ABV is warming, but less aggressive then most imperial stouts. Overall it's a decent beer, but not worth $5.50 a can.

Brew Bus Almond Coconut Spread
16 oz draft at The Mansion. Clear super dark mahogany color with a beige head and very good retention. Limited lacing. Boozy aroma. Flavors of coconut and strong booze. More alcohol flavor than anything else. The 10% ABV is not hidden at all. Way too strong. It's smooth, considering the ABV, but the alcohol just drowns out any would-be flavors. Thin mouthfeel too.

Brew Bus You're My Boy, Blue!
White can with blue letters from total wine and more in st pete. Slight sweet candy nose. Pour is slightly tinted pale, slightly, barely perceivable. First taste is rather creamy feel with maybe a little blueberry in there. Decently smooth. Not really as tart as I think it should be but it does have a decent finish. Not bad over all for a fruit beer. Perhaps a little better than expected. Almost past this one up.

Brew Bus Rising Hope
Quite hazy copper and bronze coloured body with a very large, six to seven centimetre tall, super soapy tan head that leaves a horrible ugly lace on the side of the glass. Aroma of (I can't believe it - not tongue in cheek as the fruit isn't common) actual gooseberries with some kumquats and a nice floral and citrusey hop bite that smells quite bitter, in a good way. Medium-bodied; Strong rich bitter flavour from the kumquats and some of the grapefruit flavours shine through along with a dash of grain and flowers, with a bit of grass and yeastie funk towards the end. Aftertaste shows a large hop and citrusey bitterness with a herbal hop characteristic toward the end having a noticeable alcohol warmth and some softer fruits that balance out the lighter malts. Overall, a nice offering with some gooseberry flavours (not in just the text from the can) along with some citrus and good hop characteristics, all balanced well and providing a slightly old school IPA with a good citrus flavour throughout. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando (Orange Blossom Trail), Florida on 19-April-2019 for US$2,37 sampled at home in Washington after watching the Washington Nationals Championship Parade on 02-November-2019.

Dark, effervescent. Sweet, roasted yam, spicy aroma. Hated it cold, too much allspice bitterness, better as it warms and the vanilla and sweetness bloom. Bitterness sticks. Molasses notes. On tap, BJ'S Tallahassee.

Brew Bus Double Decker Porter
Sampled a single courtesy of neighbor. I guess Brew Bus started distribution on their porter recently. Been looking for a new local porter that I can bring home in 6-packs. This will probably be a new staple. Nice rich chocolate content, with just enough hops, but hopped up like an American porter... which seems to be the new trend. Lighter on the carbonation to resemble the English porter feel. This is pretty close to one of my favorite US porters by Anchor.

Brew Bus Rollin' Dirty
They are putting this in cans now, so wanted to have my first sample in a bottle since they may be gone soon. I actually tried this a couple months ago at a beer festival, but wanted a full 12 oz. About the same as remembered. Represents more of an amber vs. "red ale" as on the label. Not hoppy at all, which kind of ruins the balance IMO. Leans towards the sweet side, but not really that malty for a "red". Seems a bit like macro beer, although the quality is half way decent....I mean, Cigar City is brewing it, right? That's another thing that's confusing is that it's a Tampa Bay Brew Bus, or Brew Bus Brewing beer, but "brewed and bottled BY Cigar City Brewing". I much prefer their Tocobaga Red over this.

Brew Bus You're My Boy, Blue!
If you tasted this blind, it's quite good, but the pour and appearance could be a little scary. A dark blue, almost cloudy purple appearance...unfiltered it seems. You can smell the blueberry too, so kind of surprisingly not overwhelming when you taste it. Refreshing feel, with wheat and fruit flavors..light tropical hops. Good for spring and summer down here in FL. This could be rated a little higher and has potential. One of the, if not best blueberry brews I had at least.

Brew Bus Are Wheat There Yet?
Wheat beers are hit or miss for me, but this is one of my favorites. Similar to Cigar City's Tropical Heat Wave, which is only brewed once a year. Brew Bus is affiliated with Cigar City, and many of their beers (including this one) are brewed there. This is a lighter hoppy wheat, with some tropical and citrus notes from the hops. An unfiltered cloudy light to medium yellow appearance. Excellent spring-summer beer that is going to be one my staples.

[12oz can from Total Wine, Naples, Fl.] A hazy straw coloured pour with a thick cream head; weak aroma of citrus and pineapple; fuller bodied with a sour pineapple taste to start, morphing strangely in to a piney, woody, dry finish. Not the best IPA.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear pure gold body that supports a thin off white head of foam. The modest aroma offers up grapefruit and lime. The taste delivers firm levels of bitter lemon grass, lime, grapefruit hops, a hit of pine and then bitter hop spiciness. This creates an interesting mix of hop notes with plenty of depth and a bit of perceived hop flavor juiciness too.
