Tipping Point Plott Hound Porter
Crimson-tinged brown pour with resilient foamy beige head. Rich and smoky nose. Flavors of dark toffee and chocolate. Full and creamy. Fades into a more roasty bitter finish. A bit of plastic at the end keeps it from being truly great.

Tipping Point TKO Chili Pepper Ale
Fresh green pepper atop caramel maltiness in both aroma and flavor. Pours up hazy golden with a tight bubbled white head. A mild but persistent heat from the peppers is very nice. Just the right amount. Awesome fresh garden herbal notes from the hops are a perfect complement. Awesome.

Tipping Point Dunkel Weisse
Pure amber pour. Nose shows overripe banana. Some tart and metallic notes in the flavor, and plenty of banana. Very soft round mouthfeel. Lots of lacing. A bit of cooked vegetable notes kept this from being a great beer.

Tipping Point Pale of The Dragon
Pale amber pour with a frothy beige head. Soft creamy mouthfeel with a spritz of carbonation at the end. A spicy peppery hop profile delivers an earthiness that melds well with the mild caramel malty base. Some pine and peach notes as well. A soft caramel ending fades to a spiky pine resin finish. Dang good.

Tipping Point Strawberry Blonde
jcwattsrugger supplied the 650 mL bottle which was shared at my pad - many thanks! To undersized tasting snifter, it pours a murky sediment-heavy apple cider orange with which a frothy off-eggshell white head 1 finger in length stood. Gradually depleted to just a fingernail. Aromas of acidulated malt, wet newspaper, mashed bananas, unripe strawberries, wheat grain, LME, Belgian yeast, bong water, and sweat. Tastes the same with the addition of marsh rosemary, burnt plastic, herbal hops, and crushed aspirin. Would have enjoyed this more thoroughly had there been a fruitier presence in its flavor. Obscure as hell, so I appreciate the tick.
