2.8 Dama Alaricana S.L.U. Carabuñas 33 cl. bottle @ Home. Aroma: quite different aromas. Not very intense but fruity and floral aromas. Pleasant. Appearance: deep golden and almost green color with high hazyness. Slightly off-white head made of mid to big sized bubbles and quite creamy. Medium head thickness. Low retention. Low Brussels’ lacing. A bit weird color. Taste: medium sweetness, very low bitterness, no sourness. Flavors of fruits, some toasted malts in the background. Quite good flavors. The balance is clearly on the sweet side. Palate: low body, watery texture, low carbonation, not very long sweet finish of fruits, flowers and some malt sweetness in the background. Overall: the label tells it’s made from the flowers of a tree, but i hadn’t tasted that flowers, so it’s a new flavor for me, but its a pleasant one. The texture is too watery and the body too light, so the mouthfeel is not as good as it could be. Quite surprising flavors and quite different from any flavors one could expect to find in a beer. Not bad. Monday, June 26, 2017

Tuesday, June 30, 2015

3.3 Dama Alaricana Meleira Ambar casi opaca. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone Sunday, June 28, 2015
