Eructoblaster	3.1 James River Fluvanna Fluss (2015 -) Can - 355ml. Hazy golden body with a thin white foamy/creamy head. Fair malty/hoppy aroma with yeasty hints. Its well balanced malty/hoppy taste carries banana and yeasty notes. Ends with a decent bittersweet finish. Drinkable. Sunday, October 30, 2022
Eructoblaster	3.4 James River Sherman Stout Can - 355ml. Pours an opaque black body with a thin beige foamy/creamy head. Good malty aroma with roasty hints. Its well balanced malty taste carries chocolate and roasty notes. Ends with a decent roasty finish. Not bad. Sunday, October 30, 2022

Kleg	3.8 James River Sherman Stout 12 oz can from DC. Thanks Ashley! Pours a pitch black color with a large thick tan head and very good retention. Minimal lacing. Chocolate malt aroma. Dark roasted malt flavor with only minor coffee notes. Lightly sweet up front with a lightly bitter finish. A little thin mouthfeel and body for a stout. Easy drinking and repeatable. VAYankee	2.7 James River James Bean Vanilla Oatmeal Porter Dark brown pour with a thin brown head. Rich roasted malt aroma with faint scent of vanilla. slightly slick feel. Flavor is not that good- some roasted malt with some yuk that I can’t quite place; minor dry roasted malt aftertaste. MadRobin	3.5 James River James Bean Vanilla Oatmeal Porter Poured from 12 oz. can. Opaque, brown-black with a 3-finger brown head and very good lacing. Aroma of milk chocolate, vanilla and roasted malt. Taste of milk chocolate, oatmeal, coffee and roasted malt. Medium/light body and medium carbonation. For a beer called “Vanilla Oatmeal Porter,” the vanilla is mighty subtle. Milk chocolate and oatmeal come through well though, so it’s still pretty tasty. Tuesday, January 28, 2020

Jabah	3.5 James River Sherman Stout Was a little curious about this, and have been wanting to try some more Virginia brews vs Maryland which is the new state I live in. 6 pack is pricey so sampled a single first. Labeled as an English Sweet Stout, which fits the description as this is on the sweet side. I prefer a bit more hops in my stouts. Has a semi-creamy thicker texture. Flavors of chocolate malt and light roasted coffee. May be better on draft or nitro. Thursday, July 19, 2018
