andrewje41	3.5 Bluebird Boo Bird Ghost Pepper Pumpkin Porter Draft pour at Great Pumpkin Beer Fest. Of course I run to the pepper beers first. Muddy, thick cola brown pour. Pumpkin spice dominated aroma. Just the slightest hint of heat. Flavor is spice from peppers, but the heat is completely absent. Cool pumpkin like spices, lingering. j12601	3.7 Bluebird lrish Cream Stout On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazed and slightly murky brown with a large tan head. Soft cocoa, malt, slight cocoa and warm vanilla. Medium bodied, soft chocolate, roast, cocoa, bit of chocolate. Thursday, June 9, 2016
j12601	3.5 Bluebird Caffé Vita Coffee Porter On tap at the brewery. Pours a deep cola black with a thin tan head. Big fat coffee on the nose, coffee, coffee, more coffee, soft chocolate, very faint green pepper but really almost nothing. Medium bodied, soft coffee, chocolate, a bit of cocoa. Slow and faintly minerally, slow chocolate and cocoa. Thursday, June 9, 2016
BelgianBeerGal	3.5 Bluebird Theo Chocolate Milk Stout Pint at the brewery/ice creamery...rare to see those words together. Clear dark chestnut color with a small white head. The aroma is sweet malt and chocolate. Nice flavor with semi-sweet chocolate and a light sweetness. Best beer I’ve had inside an ice cream parlor. Friday, April 1, 2016

Aroma is very cocoa powder and chocolate bar. Flavor is lighter beer with some mineral breaking through ending with a dry malt bitterness. What you would expect from an ice cream place with beer. gnoff	3.1 Bluebird Wassail On June 25, 2015. At Bluebird Microcreamery & Brewery - Capitol Hill, in Seattle, Washington. Hazy amber color, off-white head. Herbal, leafy, spicy, nettle taste. Spicy, nettle aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, spicy nettles cent. Get the feeling of wormwood in scent, taste and aftertaste. Then it reminds me of a "bitter" such as Fernet B, Underberg and Jägermeister. Saturday, July 11, 2015

Cory	3.7 Bluebird Theo Chocolate Milk Stout Draft. Aroma is mostly malty with a little semi sweet chocolate and almond. Taste is sweet with a dry milk chocolate finish. Solid stout with nice chocolate notes that are not overdone but there is little else there then a basic stout. Saturday, September 13, 2014

Not thick and big, light but strong on that element. Flavor is reduced on that with a mineral sparkling finish. Pretty light and drinkable, the chocoalte kicks in at the end. Taste is a bit sweeter, creamy and a medium amount of roast. Very drinkable, body was a bit thin even for the already light style. Metallic. Taste: sweet milk chocolate. Balanced roasted bitter dark chocolate. Chocolate through and through. Palate: smooth and creamy. light bodied, soft carb. Overall: Nice desserty compliment to the ice cream that shares its name.
