Flavor has tart apples, some brie, lemon, a little apple cider vinegar, some light honey, nettles. Medium bodied lightly acetic finish. Very drinkable Tuesday, June 16, 2015
Travlr	3.7 Malgarrazaga Sagardoa Eusko Label Bottle at Right Proper. Hazy to cloudy pale yellow color, still. Aroma of light barnyard funk, dusty citrus, tart apple skin. Tast is softly tart and crisp earthy apple. Decent. Monday, June 15, 2015
heavy	3.2 Malgarrazaga Sagardoa Eusko Label 26/11 0.75 l bottle from Gernika green market. First touch with this style. When poured from high it had hazy golden body with medium sized head. Of course went down soon. Fine funky apples aroma, tart. Flavor was sour, vinous, some apples, but much less than in typical, French ciders. Very interesting champagne notes, yeast I guess. Medium bodied. Tart, astringent finish. I liked it, quite complex when you pay attention. Sunday, December 16, 2012
