3.2 Malgarrazaga Sagardoa Eusko Label 26/11 0.75 l bottle from Gernika green market. First touch with this style. When poured from high it had hazy golden body with medium sized head. Of course went down soon. Fine funky apples aroma, tart. Flavor was sour, vinous, some apples, but much less than in typical, French ciders. Very interesting champagne notes, yeast I guess. Medium bodied. Tart, astringent finish. I liked it, quite complex when you pay attention. Sunday, December 16, 2012 | |
