MatteoD.	3.4 L'Artigianale Del Grillo Parnéi Schiuma fine, non molto alta ed aderente, colore giallo oro leggermente torbido, aroma maltato, note erbacee, corpo leggero, poca carbonazione ma sgrassante, solo appena dolce all’inizio, si sentono i malti, ancora note erbacee, poi finale amaro luppolato che "riempìe" la bocca, finale secco.
