RONCOD	3.7 High Cotton Scottish Ale Pours a deep mahogany color with a thin tan head. The aroma was some chocolate and roasted malt. The flavor was a chocolate and caramel with a slightly bitter finish. This was a very good beer. Thursday, September 15, 2022

Taste is malt and bitter rye that segues into medium hops, with all contributing to a long sticky finish. Big and bold, definitely balanced, not an ordinary brew, but still nice.
