corkyrory66	1.5 De Volle Maat Saison Mosaic Saison de 5,5 % abv, ce qui un peu court, mon fils .. Houblonnage en mosaïc .. of course. Mon exemplaire avait quelques années. Couleur doré moyen, à la clarté nette. Mousse blanc cassé, à gros flocons, stable à 2 mm. Arômes de fruits blancs, oignons blancs, genièvre. 1ère bouche peu assemblée avec un maltage faible Arrière-bouche courte, plutôt citrique 2ème bouche qui ne fait pas mieux, on descend d'un cran .. Arrière-bouche où la note s'est transformée en acidique Longueur qui ne peut développer cette bière .. pas de carburant ! Jambes courtes, lisses. Levure basique Alcool trop faible, il ne peut aider l'ensemble et capitule vite Finale linéaire CONCLUSION : une saison qui en est à peine une .. par sa force. Pour ce qui est des notes acidulées, elles sont trop vagues pour être d'une saison. En bref, on est à côté ! Bosskie	3.5 De Volle Maat Saison Mosaic Pale golden beer,slightly opaque, with a persistent white head and loads of bubbles. Smell is peppery citrus, hint of clay, almost like there's some wheat in there. Light funkiness. Dry. Taste is smooth with a big fizz. Almost salty. Combinated with medium grassy hopbitterness. Light hints of citrus, notes of wood. Medium to over medium bitterness and bittery palate with some caramel sugary sweetness at finish.
