Taste comprises big roasty tones, coffee grinds, spice, toffee, fruit cake mix, dark chocolate, mellow bourbon hit. Full bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. madmitch76	4.2 Dutch Bargain Coffee Connaisseur, Moi? Ice Distilled Bourbon BA 29th February 2024 Keg at If It Ain't Much. Opaque dark brown black beer, small tan head. Nose is an enticing coffee and chocolate with some Crunchie bar. Airy smooth palate, a slight viscosity, decent fine carbonation. A little alcohol spice in the background and on the finish, otherwise wearing the very hefty 17% with confidence. Soft but rich dark malts, some chocolate liqueur and a little coffee liqueur. The Crunchie bar carries over from the nose and provides good entertainment as you quaffable this massive Impy that is just shy of Port Wine strength. Airy soft finish. Spicy linger. Yeah, immense fun and very drinkalble, one of those beers which could get me in a lot of trouble, pretty quickly! A delight. Thursday, February 29, 2024

Zutaten wie Zimt, Laktose, Kaffee und Vanilie kenne ich als Zutaten für Stout, aber bei einen Qurdruple ist das schon spannend und paßt hier sehr gut. Gently sweet, slightly sourish, rather smoky and slightly fruity taste of sauerkraut, smoked ham, ash, pickles, pear and some lemon, followed by a short, gently tart, slightly minerally finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and quite effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Great session material without stupid gimmicks, craft beer just needs more stuff like this.
