Spab	3.5 Whitewater Forest Trail 473 ml can from the LCBO. Pours a cloudy golden colour with moderate-sized white head. Aroma is grassy with some pine, grains and a little citrus. Flavour has solid pine and grass with some grapefruit zest and grains. Medium bodied. Nice. Monday, March 11, 2024
Tessic	3.1 Whitewater Spread Eagle This sour poured a hazy, light yellow colour with a huge, fizzy, white head. Nice lacing. Scents include flowers, lemon citrus, honey and hay. First swig was pleasant and not over the top sour. Flavours of citrus, apple juice and hops. Finish is lightly acidic with mild apple juice and hop bitterness lingering. Thursday, February 22, 2024
Metalchopz	3.2 Whitewater Last Light Lightly unfiltered, bright golden-yellow colour with a frothy white cap, good retention and some nice thick foamy lacing. Cereal grain aromas with some fresh herbal notes. The hops appear a touch stronger in the flavours, over the grainy malts, cutting the sweetness. Herbal, lightly grassy with hints of citrus, mineral water. Quite a refreshing, hoppier light lager that goes down nicely. Monday, February 5, 2024

Metalchopz	3.6 Whitewater Sled Club A little unfiltered, copper-amber colour with golden highlights, a big frothy-creamy light-beige head, good retention and foamy lacing clouds. Roasted malt aromas with toasty notes, mild molasses. The flavours are milder with the roasted-toasty malts still working well. A touch of caramel malts in the background. Decent drying finish with some herbal touch, wood. A good Mild Ale that is quite drinkable. Monday, January 22, 2024
Metalchopz	3.8 Whitewater Forest Trail A very slight haze, bright yellow-golden colour with a white cap that is frothy, a little creamy, lasting a nice while and leaving full lacing. Fresh aromas of pine, grass, blended with oats, vanilla and hints of cilantro. The mouthfeel has a creaminess with some decent drying finish that is not overloading. Grassy hops in the taste, mild and fit for an APA. A touch of citrus zest and tart. Quite a nice drinking American Pale Ale with well-balanced citrus-grassiness. Monday, January 22, 2024
Metalchopz	3.7 Whitewater First Snow Spiced Stout Dark copper colour, fairly clean, with a light beige head, average retention and some decent lacing left. Big spices in the nose, kind of a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger with a mild chocolate and roasted malt base. The spices and malts continue in the taste, with good grassy hops that cuts the sweetness, thickness with good dryness. Some herbal and roasted barley notes linger. A pretty good spiced Stout that goes down fairly nicely for winter. Monday, January 22, 2024
Metalchopz	3.7 Whitewater False Spring Session IPA Clean, light-golden colour with a frothy white head, decent stay and lots of foamy lacing all-around. Grassy and herbal aromas with hints of mint. Gets a touch hazed, unfiltered as it pours. The taste shows decent hoppiness with a tad wheat-banana, straw malts and the fresh herbal notes. A creamy mouthfeel with a nice, mild drying finish. Quite a nice Session IPA that works well. Monday, January 22, 2024
Metalchopz	3.6 Whitewater Spread Eagle Bright, clean light golden-yellow colour with a huge white frothy head, long lasting and leaving thick foamy-soapy lacing all-around. Sour nose with citrusy hops, some mild grassiness and hints of wood. The taste has gooseberries, bush branches, some sourness and a tad tartiness-nuttiness left on the tongue. A good Dry-hopped Sour that is a touch less puckering, and decent woodiness. Monday, January 22, 2024

Flavour has grains, some citrus and resin with a touch of veggies. Medium body. Lively carbonation. Meh. Monday, January 22, 2024
Tessic	3.2 Whitewater False Spring Session IPA This Session IPA poured a hazy, medium yellow colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include resin, cooked veggies, straw and butane? First swig was lightly watery with flavours of cereal, white bread and minimal toast. Resin hops are most prominent. Finish is med bitter with light pineapple flavour lingering. First swig was smooth and piney. Flavours also of pineapple, resin, honey and tea. Finish is hoppy but not over-bitter. Pretty good. Monday, January 8, 2024
Tessic	3.9 Whitewater Fish On Vanilla Porter This porter poured a deep red colour with a creamy, light tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include dark toast, caramel and a little vanilla and nuts. First swig was smooth and roasty. Flavours of vanilla, cocoa, dark toast and toffee. Finish is burnt and delicious with minimal hop flavour. Wednesday, January 3, 2024
Metalchopz	3.2 Whitewater Fish On Vanilla Porter Clean copper colour with a warm light-beige, frothy-creamy head, good stay and some nice creamy-foamy lacing. Vanilla aromas over the roasted malt, hints of molasses. The taste shows more of the roasted barley throughout. A tad coffee, not much dark fruits for a Porter and the vanilla is quite soft. Decent mild dryness in the finish. An easy-going, more Stout-like with just a touch of vanilla. Tuesday, January 2, 2024

Scents include cloves, nutmeg, vanilla, black cherry and tobacco. First swig was creamy and delicious. Festive flavoured with tastes of cocoa, vanilla, smoke, spice and black cherry. Aroma is quite toasty with sweetish toffee and a little herbal character. Flavour has lots of toasty grains with toffee, earthiness and light herbal character. Light-medium body. Nice. robinvboyer	3.7 Whitewater Down Stream Can from the LCBO. Slightly cloudy yellow pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is soft fruit, but plentiful. Guava, Pineapple, and stone fruit. Semi sweet, medium tart. Long fruity finish. Pleasantly surprised. Friday, December 22, 2023

Strangebrewer	4.1 Whitewater Après-Snowshoe: Wee Heavy⁣ can. Poured amber-red with a thin tan head. Sweet rich fruit aroma. Full bodied, fine carbonation, a bit syrupy lingering finish. Flavour of roasted malt and dark fruit, notes of caramel, tart cherry, slightly woody with some sweet and warm alcohol. Not harsh at all. Saturday, December 9, 2023

Metalchopz	3.8 Whitewater Down Stream Clean, light golden colour with a big creamy, warm-whitish head, good retention and some nice lacing left. Big sour nose with some nice fruity aromas. The fruits continue in the taste with guava, passion fruit and gooseberry flavours. Dry-hopped so sourness lingers, but not thick and fairly dry. Quite easy to drink, for such a sour brew. Metalchopz	3.7 Whitewater Pumpkin Spice Espresso Porter Clean, darker brown colour with copper highlights, a nice frothy warm,-beige head, good stay and some light lacing. Soapy-hop aromas over the roasted-chocolate malt base, with mild pumpkin spices. Hints of coffee and molasses. The mouthfeel is not too thick with decent dryness. The spices come out a little more in the taste, not overpowering, but blending well with the coffee-burnt barley. A good, lighter pumpkin porter brew. Saturday, November 11, 2023

mkel07	3.9 Whitewater High Tide 473ml can from Real Canadian Superstore in Strathroy. This beer made the trip back with me from Canada and I’m glad that it did. The beer looks really thick in the glass and initially it has a vibrant deep sunrise gold colour and an even layer of soft white foam, however as you pour the last quarter of the can into the glass there is a bit of murkiness. Peach and apricot aromas abound and are accompanied with similar flavours and a soft smooth mouthfeel. Very easy to drink with a long lingering aftertaste. Sunday, May 28, 2023
