ghostbeer	2.7 2 Rascals Irish Ale On tap in Ouray. Delicious! Much caramel but still good balance. Reddish color and slightly off-white head. This beer did not pair at all with what I was eating, but that did not matter at all for me. You should drink this beer often. Sunday, July 31, 2016

StefanSD	2.5 2 Rascals Amber Ale Tap at the Ouray location. Dark brown with no head. Not much aroma to speak of just some faint roasted grains. Taste was also roasted grains with a bit of anise. StefanSD	3.5 2 Rascals Brown-Ras Sour Tap at the Ouray location. Dark brown with no head. Aroma of raspberries. Tastes of raspberries and raspberry seeds, not very sour--just a trace of tartness. zoucrew102	3.7 2 Rascals Stout Crowler. Roasted malt aroma with slight notes of chocolate and coffee. Pours black with a thin light brown head with decent retention and good lacing. Starts with good roasted malt flavors with a touch of chocolate. Finishes like a dry stout with roasted malt continuing to dominate the palate with a bit of roasty coffee there as well. StefanSD	3.4 2 Rascals IPA Draft at Gold Belt restaurant in Ouray. Dark bronze color with a small off-white head. Aroma of pine and herbs. Taste is similary to nose, lots of spice both peppery and herbal set in a toffee malt base. Palate is light but effective. Ernest	2.6 2 Rascals Citra Pale Ale Draft at O’Briens in Ouray. Head is mostly/fully diminishing. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (grapefruit). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. A very simple, one-dimensional beer...light aroma is basically just grapefruity hops and little else. Almost bland in the mouth, but certainly neither too sweet or too bitter. Tonymul	4 2 Rascals Amber Ale Excellent choice of beer available. The range varied in alcohol level from 3.8 up to 6, which makes a welcome change for those who appreciate taste and style. Co-owner Brandon was a mine of information about the beers, and was more than happy to discuss the envisaged plans for the future that they have. A much more welcoming pub for the beer lover, as opposed to the ticker who wants to check it off his list. Highly recommended as the place to appreciate beer in Montrose.
