Light tropical fruity hops, caramel, fake milk chocolate, light spicy yeast, light flowers and tart lemon. Light sweet and bitter. Under medium bodied with lots of fizzy carbonation. Really quite bitter and I like it like that. Very modern, clean fermentation, hard but tasty ending. Not super dry but good development. Nice! erickok	3.9 Jurassic Brewery Création Éphémère - Huell Melon Summer Beer Golden body, medium head. Melon, light citrus, lychee. Those fruits define the hop and define the beer ad well. Very light body, crispy, but good malty cereal base layer. On the other hand, the single hop doesn’t supply quite the complexities that I’d like, even in a simple summery beer like this. I mean, excellent brew, but there’s even more possibilities to make it stunning with some Noble or American hop to add a layer of delicate niceness. Maakun	3.2 Jurassic Brewery Libertine Blanche Bottle thanks to Countbeer. Hazy golden with very big fizzy white head. Dried fruits and peach, lime, light dough with light ginger and other spices. Quite some bitter herbs. Light caramel and a light woody and almost medicinal and chalky touch. Light sweet with almost medium bitter finish. Under medium bodied with quite some fizzy carbonation. erickok	3.3 Jurassic Brewery Création Éphémère - Mandarina Bavaria Pale ale Huge gusher, less than half the bottle left. C’mon guys! Leaves a super cloudy body, flimsy head, totally amateurish. Doe have a more mandarin aroma than other beers I’ve tried with this hop, which itself I have never found very impressive and especially in a single hop form. The malts here are actually well chosen and hide some if the hop simplicity. Bready malts give a good Base taste too, bit again the hop is a simple medium bitterness without much character. Nose is pale malt, orange, tangerine, straw, melon, light hop notes. Taste comprises mellow citric peel, tangerine, melon, lightly toasted bread, straw. Aromas of hops than malts, caramel and hints of wood and honey. Flavours of fruity pils malts and some bittters with a herbal and yeasty tint. Aftertaste is herbal, bitter, malty... Countbeer	3.5 Jurassic Brewery Création Éphémère - Stout Bottle: Chouffe glass: Gusher! Airy beige light brown head. Hazy dark brown to black beer. Aroma is nice hoppy, hop fruits and hop flowers. Light toast/roast, some malts and dried herbs/leaves. Flavour is also very hoppy with some marzipan, some roast with bitters, malts, herbs, yeasty, dark fruit, lot of hop fruits and bitter with a floral touch. Aftertaste is bitter, toast, malts, herbal, some yeast, hoppy and hop fruits. Fully carbonated, especially in the beginning. Later it’s medium carbo, blown creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied.
