2.7 Konrad Svatopavelské Piwo koloru brązowego, pod światło rubinowy refleks, raczej klarowne. Piana jasno-beżowa, średnio obfita, dosyć szybko znika, szkła nie zdobi. Aromat mało intensywny na początku, da się wywąchać tylko jakieś słabe zapachy karmelowo-słodowe. Po ogrzaniu wychodzą wyraźne nuty rumu i prażonego słodu. W smaku dominuje karmel, w tle melanoidynowe nuty: tosty, przepieczony spód chleba, przypalony karmel. Dość wyraźna, chociaż mało przyjemna, pestkowa goryczka dominuje nad słodkawymi akcentami . Alkoholowy posmak gdzieś tam majaczy. Wysycenie średnie w kierunku niskiego. Piwo grzeje w przełyk. Jakieś takie nie ułożone jak na koźlaka, na tmave zaś za mocne.
