nimbleprop	3.8 Gneiss Atmosbier 33cl bottle I picked up at the brewery pours a crystal clear gold with some white head. Nose has some smoke and malt and lemon, some passionfruit curd, lemon curd. Flavors all follow and are really well integrated, lemony, salty, some mild smoke, some malt pinning everything down. There's a great minerality. Tart finish, dry, minerally. Simple but very tasting. It's a hazy dark yellow-light brown with decent sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with poor retention and sparse lacing. Aroma is moderately strong wheat, fruity esters, bubblegum, clove, hint of tart fruit. Taste is strong wheat, European malts, fruity esters, bubblegum, light banana, hint of tart fruit. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average-to-lively carbonation and finish as taste with dry mild lingering bitterness. AirForceHops	3.1 Gneiss Kaffeepause 16 oz. can. Aroma is all cold brew coffee. The flavor has lasting coffee, slight prune, with a very mild sour hint underneath. Texture is thinner with a dry texture. I wish I could find more of the Schwarzbier. Also, the sour note throws this off a bit. Monday, July 6, 2020

Aroma shows me slight citrus, herbal hints and for some strange reason coconut. Why do I taste coconut? Weak citrus, mild earthy bitterness. Lighter body. It shows mild drinkability. puboflyons	3.6 Gneiss NE-1 From the 16 oz. can. The pour is a cloudy but not pulpy looking orange-yellow with a foamy white head. Inviting aroma of tropical fruit, berries, melon, and white bread and barley. Clean aroma. The mouthfeel is medium. The taste is at first sweet and fruit but it seems to lose a little luster off what I picked up on the nose. Still, a likable, drinkable beer. Monday, November 25, 2019

Light sweet flavour with a subtle tangy off note, soft bitter hay. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Somewhat dry in the finish, more or grains, hay. So so overall. Drinkable. It looked like a stout, being a dark brown with a small tan head. 1st sip I said 'If I had my eyes closed I would say this is a sour!' Did not taste like it looked.
