Bière Blanche au Safran du Château
Pours a cloudy dull yellow with a white head. Smell is safron, yeast. The taste is saffron, spice, yeast some mild sweetness in the middle then it gets watery for a moment before ending very dry. An interesting flavor ride. The body is light with active carbonation.

Bière Blanche au Safran du Château
33cl, shared with ThirstyBird. Thank you. The beer has a strong Safran-smell, pale colour. The beer starts a bit malty, with a strong taste of Safran. A bit sweet, but very interesting! The aftertaste is long, a bit grainy-sweet, slightly malty, all covered by the Safran. --> If you like safran, this beer is great! A medium Pils with lots of safran. Very interesting!! --> 12/13/12/12

Bière Blanche au Safran du Château
Bottle 33cl at the "Foire Européenne" Strasbourg. A yellow beer with medium head. Smell is fresh and spicy. A very refreshing beer, malty notes, wheat notes are low, the finish is very spicy with pepper dominants. Aftertaste do show slowly the saffron which is not to heavy. A very surprising beer, very drinkable, not bad as agrumes notes are low. Thanks for the boss for having allowed me to taste this new beer.
