mkcmagico	2.4 Altmühltaler Winterbier 0,5 bottle. Jelöletlen kupak, igazán kisüzemi megjelenés, ami semmit nem jelent. A színe halovány, habja nem sok, azért épp még csúnyának nem mondanám. Aroma: egyenlő arányban komló, és maláta, illatra nem rossz, zavaró dolog semmi, inkább érdekes, édeskés, rágógumis. Az 5,8 %-nak megfelelő testet nem éreztem. Vizesnek éppen nem vizes. Savanykás alapíz, kevés szénsav. Az egész sör savanyú volt sajnos. Nem volt romlott, de valahogy ez nem sikerült jól szerintem. Én ennél szívmelengetőbb ízekre számítottam. Neururer1337	2.5 Altmühltaler Gold Export Recht geringe Schaumentwicklung mit grobkörniger Konsistenz. Farblich goldgelb und klar. Riecht leicht würzig, hellmalzig, mild, minimal metallisch. Ordentlich rezent im Antrunk, das Wasser wirkt leicht kalkig, "das hervorragende Wasser aus den Tiefen des Jura-Felsgesteins" macht sich jetzt nicht wirklich bemerkbar. Pours a clean and clear bright golden body, fast fading white head. Grainy nose and semi-sweet grainy/malty taste, too sweet for some maybe, I prefer these sort of Winter brews. Pours clear gold, mostly clear, perhaps with a very slight haze with a nice white head. Fruity with a little apple mingled in with crisp, dry maltiness, this is not bad at all. We're listening to Lewsberg - Lewsberg and getting ready to cook Indo Chinese Sweet and Sour Chicken and also Chicken Tikka Masala. Pours gold colour with a white head, this swiftly departed. Pours light gold, very clear, a nice frothy white head sits atop. Clean tasting Helles, light on bitterness, hops and malt, also quite subtle on the nose. Slight fruitiness, good. Pours warm gold with a white head, a little fruity on the finish but the taste is predominantly malt driven. A little bit of bitterness around the edges, a touch of alcohol noted. corkyrory66	0.5 Altmühltaler Kellerbier Keller bier de 4,9 % abv, en format 50 cl, selon une recette originale de la brasserie Schäff. Mon exemplaire était à 7 mois avant sa date. Couleur doré moyen, très brillant. Bulles fines, en colonnes droites, vives. Mousse blanche, pétillante, qui tombe très vite. Arômes de raisins blancs, pointe d'olive verte, malt pils. 1ère bouche pétillante, à l'entame peu ample sur malt pils/ houblon. Arrière-bouche peu définie, assez courte. 2ème encore plus simple, peu de personnalité. Arrière-bouche sans vraie définition. 3ème très mince, sans envergure. Arrière-bouche très courte. Longueur trouve difficilement quelques petites nuances supérieures, dont une pointe de tabac blond. Jambes lisses, courtes. Levure simple, mais correcte. Alcool très faible, il n'aide en rien, et le petit sursaut de la longueur ne lui est pas dû. Finale linéaire.
