mcox90	3.4 Do Can Belgian Tripel 22 oz. bottle from Julio’s. Pours a rather unattractive murky amber with a thinnish off white head. To quote Ani DiFranco, Not A Pretty Girl. Aroma is sweet Belgian candied sugar with yeast. Taste is the same. Medium bodied. Quite sweet. Sunday, November 16, 2014

MaBeer1972	3.1 Do Can Belgian Tripel Bomber from Julio’s. Poured into a snifter. A murky medium amber color with a light tan head. Aroma and flavors of citrus, yeast and candi sugar. A bit too sweet for my liking. Lingering light bitter-spice notes. Monday, October 20, 2014
johnnnniee	2.6 Do Can Imperial Destroyer IPA Bottle from Drum Hill Liquors Pours a hazy light copper color with a decent sized off white head. Aromas of earthy pine and caramel with just a hint of yeast. Oh dear God that flavor is nowhere near balanced. Bitter resinous earthy stinging hop flavor with huge puckering bitterness and a solid bit of caramel maltiness to back it up. Medium body with a light to moderate level of carbonation. 318 theoretical ibu’s doesn’t mean much if you produce a beer that no one wants to drink. This is bitter and sickly sweet like extract homebrew with too many hops to cover up something that went wrong. Enjoy septic tank bacteria. Friday, August 15, 2014

AirForceHops	3.7 Do Can Belgian Tripel 22 oz. bottle. Purchased at One Stop Market. Deep hazy, bright gold color, thin slow reseeding head, light lacing. Aroma is real nice and tempting. Fruity yeasty nuance with sugar and rock candy. Flavor is Belgian yeast, candy sugar and a light hint of spice toward the backend. Sweet and lightly sugary finish that is balanced with a light spice. Texture is lightly chewy with a nice yeast presence. Alcohol is hidden well. I enjoy the yeast strain in this one, flavorful and I look forward to sampling more from this new brewery. Drinks with mild to moderate hop bite and mild lingering bitterness. Light to medium bodied. Tastes of wheat, wood, citrus, grapefruit, and bread. Malt bill balances the hop bitterness well. More pine and grapefruit in the flavor. Medium bodied. Very bitter on the finish, not in a good way, quite astringent. No balance. Friday, December 20, 2013
