ganache	3.6 Village Idiot Oud Dublin Tap at VI, served on nitro. Black pour with a dense beige head and good lace. Beautiful roast and astringent chocolate nose, similar in the mouth with light sourness and bitterness, low sweetness, some red fruit, light-medium body very slightly flabby but very repeatable. [2019.10.12: 3.6] A little running tradition of adding a shot of coffee/chocolate-flavored syrup (not rated on this site) might be an interesting little change-up for those of you with a sweet tooth. Healthy banana, chocolate, beautiful Dunkelweizen-like malt with plenty of banana esters and some chocolate and bubblegum. Medium body, smooth and half-crisp, really good! Classic HW, medium-sweet but accumulating, no bitterness or tang, beautifully subtle citrus bonus, vanilla, lemon, not grainy, not phenolic, medium banana, pretty textbook all around! I smell only apple crisp and Thanksgiving pie, but the rim job probably screwed up the real smell. Nice deep brown orange appearance.
