3.4 Uncle Sam's AWOL Pale Ale On tap at the brewery. It pours a deep golden color with an off white head. The aroma is bready and very mildly floral with a touch of caramel. The flavor is the same. Nice floral and mild citrus hop flavor and a pleasant, even bitterness. No off flavors. A bit too malt heavy for me, but really competently brewed and pretty tasty. Not bad. 3.4 Uncle Sam's Boot IPA On tap at the brewery. It pours a deep golden caramel color with an off white head, not unlike the other IPA they have. The aroma is a bit subdued, but has distinct Cascade floral hops with a little fruit. The flavor is nice with more floral hops, mild fruity malt backbone and a dry, evenly bitter finish. Pretty darn good for a first batch. Saturday, April 5, 2014

3.6 Uncle Sam's Ol' Glory IPA On tap at the brewery. It pours a nice deep golden caramel color with an off white head. The aroma is very pungent with floral and lightly piney hops and a background caramel and bready malt. The flavor is the same. No fusels, nasty esters or overpowering bitterness here. Just a nice balance of floral, and lightly piney/citrus hops with a generous malt backbone. Really a nice first batch from this new brewer. Saturday, April 5, 2014

3.6 Uncle Sam's Sandbox Hef On tap at the brewery. It pours a nice golden yellow color with a white head. The aroma has a lot of banana, bubble gum and clove with some bready malt. The flavor is the same. Pretty traditional with lots of fruity, spicy esters and a good finish. This was a nice hefe. Saturday, April 5, 2014
