cheap	1.8 Brew Gentlemen Mad Mex Tres Decades Tap at mad mex. Sweet mild spicy hop nose - nice olfactory. Cloudy pale and almost milky. First taste is giant bitter kick in the ass. Whew, terribly on style. Rude ass runaway rototiller across my palate. Difficult bastard. Almost flat. Wow, no lager lover is going to like this bitter stuff. Heavy duty and over the top. Exceptionally hazy orange/gold hue, moderate well balanced bittersweet flavor that's not heavy but has substance. This intriguing brew is the one to have if you're having more than one. Pour was a nice deep dark brown with a one finger tan head that left quickly. Taste was great. The coffee was strong with a nice Hershey’s Special Dark finish. cheap	2.7 Brew Gentlemen Mr. Automatic Pours big and black with a nose of friendly smoldering campfire, all laced with a mild olfactory of gravel, like slag or gramma's hair permanent treatment, slaggy roasty and such. First uptake is a little boozy and bitter dark choco candy burnt. It looks great in the glass, almost black with a keen simple near choco moose head. 'Robust' is certainly a prime descriptor of this brew. Descent cutting hidden fine co2 constantly in the palate. Whew, middle is big wet damp old charred and almost burnt campfire wood. You think on the finish, the dark bitter burnt aspect really comes forward? Hehehhehh. Monday, June 19, 2023

The nose was dankness as resin & pineapple, and citrusy grapefruit, both slightly subdued by milk sugar-like creaminess. Medium bodied, the taste was as the aroma, with decent carbonation, no tanginess, but tartness that stuck to the palate, alcohol presence, and moderate citrus & rind bitterness that offered some dryness to the finish. Not sure what makes this mexican, its just your typical old black coffee stout. Actually, all I detect is coffee, not real hint of stout. Totally flat.
